Great location, great value for money, huge rooms, friendly staff, helpful and patient for us when we only speak a little Spanish! Kept our bags for 5 hours when we checked out and allowed us to shower before our flight! We will be back!

Staff were kind and helpful. The staff didn't speak any English so communicating was hard, but luckily one of the cleaners spoke English and she was SO helpful - promote her to reception! The room was always clean and tidy when we got back after a day out. Hotel is so central.
We had no shower head when we arrived and had to wait a full day for this to be fixed. Check in process is too long.

location is AMAZING, in the best part of the island! we have done everything by foot and it was super close and safe. also is close to all the best stores.
the bed was super comfortable.
it was a little bit dirty (specially the bathroom).

The location of the hotel is excellent because it is easy to find everything nearby, beach, shops, restaurants, dock
A rather gigantic room for only two people, the water in the bathroom is not suitable for human consumption and has a strange smell that remains on your skin, there were cockroaches when we arrived.
