Extremadamente sucio , hasta cucarachas había habitacion sin ventanas , toallas viejas , no ponen jabón , la mucama muy mal genio , poco amable Un desastre , con la Cucaracha digo todo

Una semana en el Paraiso

La atencion del personal, Jenny aseo,Carolina y Camila de recepcion, espectacular. Te asesoran en todo, excursiones,donde comer .....siempre con una sonrisa. Ubicacion perfecta, cerca de todo y una calidad precio insuperable.

No tenian ni papel higiénico ni shampoo ni jabón. Te ofrecen taxi y tours pero son 3 veces mas caros del precio normal.

La mujer de limpieza y la recepcionista que solo está por la tarde tenían un trato muy correcto

Al llegar nos entregaron una habitación sin ventana y sin ventilación y no dieron solución y tuvimos que reclamarlo ante booking para que nos dieran una habitación con ventana y ventilación. Además el baño está en muy mal estado y no hay agua caliente.

Location was excellent, plenty of room, AC, TV.

The bathroom faucets were in terrible condition, there was mould everywhere and the water smelled like sewage. No natural lighting in the room as window was facing terrace, therefore lack of privacy. Expensive for a mediocre hotel

Clean and comfortable with friendly staff

We checked out of another property due to a bad experience and filthy rooms. We checked in at Aparahotel Marbella for two nights after and everything was great. The staff are amazing and beds are very comfortable. Property is a 3 minute walk to the beach and the AC and wifi is powerful. The balcony area is large and has plenty of seating and the maids keep the property very clean, offering room service and fresh towels and keeping the reception and outside areas very clean. Price was also very reasonable for a same day booking.

For about one hour we had a very strange smell coming from the sink when we used the water. Did not seem like it was the hotels fault so no real complaints.

The staff was not available at the location for queries, we saw that the check out in the app is from 1 am to 1 pm but the staff ask for the room at 12 pm.

Our room was by reception meaning it was quiet noisy early hours of the morning. That room should not be used by guests.
