Updated in rooms and hallways. Breakfast was adequate and appreciated. Smelled fresh and clean. AC was cold and frig/microwave was clean.
Building looks a bit rough from the outside but a pleasant surprise inside.

Love the location and beds were comfortable
Air conditioning wasn’t very cool, the shower curtain had a decent size questionable brown stain on it and lamps were missing lightbulbs.

This location is our first choice - we travel back from winters in Arizona and stopping at Lamoni is ideal timing. The motel seems to be going through a renovation, lots of changes going on. Our room was clean and warm. The bathroom was newly updated.
The light over the sink didn't function - we didn't use it and reported it to the staff. There were old mattresses waiting outside to be picked up as trash.

Property does not match the photos. Towels were permanently stained and rough. There was no pool or workout facility
