This home is located in a quiet community that's close to a host of lake activities. Walk to restaurants or do some shopping at the complex down the street. For a bit of fun for the whole family, Funland is within a short walk, featuring an arcade and miniature golf. Drive a short distance and find several marinas for boats, rentals, and other water activities. Lodestone Golf Course is also a few miles from your door, so get the golfers of the group together for a day on the course! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. This location had plenty of room for all of us. There was room to gather and room to spread out. The kids enjoyed the pool table, we all enjoyed the hot tub. Cornhole was also enjoyed. The kitchen had all the things we needed for the weekend. Close to lots of great adventures and things to do!

Fantastic short stay. House has ample space for many people. House offers many options. Close walk to store if you need anything. Pups were very comfortable and room to play. Hot tub was just what the body needs. Only issue would be main kitchen is upstairs. I got plenty of steps in for the 4 days we were there. Plus we had an issue with lawn care personnel. Spoke to vacasa hopefully that will not happen on your time.

Loved our stay at Trail's End! Great location. Plenty of bed rooms and bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen. The gas fireplaces on both levels provided warmth and a cozy atmosphere. Looking forward to booking again next Fall.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was perfect for our small group of friends. We played board games at the large kitchen table in the evenings and enjoyed playing pool in the large family recreation area as well. The owners also had provided other games to include corn hole and basketball and there was a hot tub and fire pit as well. The house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We were just a small group for this short visit but would certainly come back with a larger group of friends and/or family since it would be a perfect house to easily host a larger group. The house is very conveniently located to WISP, just a 5 or 6 minute drive, and there is a grocery store and other shopping right around the corner - even closer than the ski resort. We had a nice visit and would come back to this house again.

We had a fantastic time at Trails End. There was plenty of space for all of us. It was so very close to the grocery store and small shopping plaza as well as funland. Our families made good use of the hot tub and pool table!

But the other seating areas could have used a little more. My only disappointment was no dust Pan or mop available, I like to clean up if I need to. Kitchen was great, loved having a dishwasher (I don’t have one). Our doggies were happy during their stay. I was grateful for a place that allowed me and my (adult) children to bring our doggies. Overall very nice, would stay again for sure!

Conveniently Close to Everything But Still Felt Like a Woodsy Area
Bedroom and bathrooms were very nice. Both the pool table and hot tub was great to have when we just wanted to stay in and hang out! It was nice to have a lot of seating in dining room. We were happy to find that the house matched up to how it was presented online! Plenty of space, well equipped kitchen and nice supply of starter products for kitchen & bath. Everything was very well cleaned on our arrival and all keys/codes functioned as expected (so easy!) Note that there has been a change of beds --- a set of twins adjacent to the jack-and-jill bath is now a double bed. We loved the new hot tub to soak our aching joints after busy days of water skiing and tubing. The fire pit is camping style (designated place on the ground surrounded by stones) so we were glad to have our camp chairs to enjoy it. Cornhole was in the storage closet so we had fun in the yard and loved having such a private space. It's wonderfully quiet in the morning having coffee and watching the deer pass bye. It was an easy walk to the shopping plaza for bags of ice or the evening ice cream --- but you can't see any of that from the house so it feels more remote than it is.

Very nice home and great quiet location! Negatives were little things that need to be repaired in the home, and the hot tub water looked murky/green..... also there was no lock on the hot tub like the listing said, so the code was unnecessary. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!! Would stay again!

Property was just as described. We could even see Wisp ski resort right outside the upstairs balcony. Check in process was so easy with all access codes given the day of check in so we didn’t need to get the key from a rental office. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and the kids had a great time playing in the snow. Thank you for letting us get away for a few days to relax!

Overall the house was great! With less than 5 minutes to Wisp this is really a fantastic choice for a ski weekend. The house was well laid out with plenty of room for 2 families. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. The house could use a little refresh though as some of the furnishings are looking a bit worn. There was no coffee pot which I have never experienced with any past rentals so not sure whether it was stolen or broken from previous renters? We ended up buying one and the owners offered to reimburse us which was great. The only other suggestion would to have a bit more information about the house and the area like a Welcome Book. All minor suggestions. I would definitely stay here again because it is so convenient to Wisp and is a perfect sized house. Thank you for sharing your home.
