The house was spacious and the overall decor to a high standard. The bathrooms/ensuite while small looked fairly new and all the rooms were clean on arrival; the beds were very comfortable. There is a driveway but it is up a steep slope and very narrow towards the back for larger cars but at least parking is guaranteed. It is in a good position, although limited views of the Creek/River, and it is easy to walk into Dartmouth one way and up to the Castle/headland the other - a bit steep in places but that's the nature of the area. It has two outside seating areas, one lovely space at the front of the property - delightfully screened - and one bigger area at the side of the house which was a bonus when sunny. Overall we had a comfortable stay here.
We welcomed the bread, croissants, milk and orange juice but it arrived on the Thursday - one day before departure (at least we presume it was for us?); we don't think the owners would have planned it this way! The kitchen is well equipped but a lot of the baking trays, plates, cups and glasses were not clean on arrival - perhaps a hurried departure by prior guests but we felt this should have been checked; this contrasted with the cleanliness of the house. Warfleet Creek/Weeke Hill is closed from direct access from Dartmouth due to landslip along the access road (has been for two years apparently), so to access it by car you have to drive up towards the coast - we felt this should have been clearly explained and led to a difficult arrival.

Mould in main bathroom and sink tap didn’t work properly
Second bathroom hand shower unit just Kay in the floor as no fitting on wall
Couldn’t close blinds in lounge so lounge became very hot and sun made tv difficult to watch
