Absolutely great stay, the apartment had everything we needed for a chilled out holiday, duel aspect from balconies, the coast and bay from the front and the hills from the bedrooms, the kitchen was well equipped even though we mainly ate out, did really use the sofa and TV as we were transfixed by the view of the sea, good to have a shower in the ensuite plus the family bathroom and we found we could use both at the same time without the heat changing, loved the coastal path to north hallsands and brands to enjoy the bays, pud and fish at Britannia at the beech ( a must ) only use the pool once didn't seem heated but good to have as am extra, the whole of the building was lovely meeting other guests, enjoyed the adjacent garden to relax and watch the evening close in, perfect location to get away. We were lucky as it was the hottest week of the year, ended with a thunder and lightning storm on the last evening, loved it.
Nothing to do with the apartment, the B roads to and from the property are a touch hairy at times single track surrounded by tall bracken, got to take it easy, other drivers would slow but reserving is required to a passing place, once back on a A road it isn't too bad.

Well equipped and comfortable apartment in wonderful position overlooking the sea. Made good use of swimming pool and tennis court and had walks along S W Coast path in both directions.
Drive down very narrow country lane a slight disadvantage....but didn't detract from stay.

The locations and views are stunning and so beautiful. Well worth the drive! It’s quiet with fantastic access to the south west trail, start point lighthouse and Hallsands beach. The beds were comfortable and clean lining. Bathrooms were good size. Parking is great.
The kitchen needs a thorough clean. The fridge was sticky and everything was a little musty. The living room was also not clean. Sofas need replacing and all surfaces need a through clean. The flat needs a deep clean. For what the price is a surface level clean is not good enough. If this was done and the apartment de cluttered it would be great. The internet access was not available, emergency contact no one called back and generally instructions were poor.
