Everything you'll need for a memorable vacation is within 5 minutes. In North Naples we have two beautiful beaches, Mercato shopping district, great restaurants, and water sports all nearby. Kitchen has new oven, new refrigerator, a microwave oven, toaster, and blender. Gas BBQ is on the patio, washer/dryer on the carport, and we provide beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for your trips to the nearby beaches. Park your car under a covered carport, the driveway will accommodate up to three more cars. The owner offers discounted boat charters for 2 people per trip; if you are interested in fishing, shelling, and sightseeing.

David is an exceptional host. The house had every single item possibly needed by a guest. It was clean, a lot of extra linens and towels, everything for a day at the beach. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to the Vanderbilt beach and a park. Whole Foods and Trader’s Joe are within a five minute drive. We are looking forward to come back next year. Thank you David.

Great location, house was very clean and comfortable. David was awesome and he took us on a shell excursion which was absolutely the best ever. House was close to everything including several beaches. This house had everything and more we needed. Best VRBO we have ever rented! Can’t wait to come back!

Appropriately engaged and accessible owners. Location is convenient for sand and shopping. Place is comfortable and clean - modest yet contained everything we needed for cooking, relaxing, beaches, extra towels, washer/dryer, etc. Beach pass saved us a ton of money for parking. We'd certainly return again!

Fantastic time ... perfect for a small, beach-oriented family

The house was the perfect size for me, my daughter, and her two friends. Comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen with everything needed. Grocery was a 2-minute drive (either Publix or Walmart). Restaurants and, most importantly, the beach were minutes away. And Dave was on-point. Communication beforehand, during and at the end of the trip made things easy. Great time and certainly hope to return soon!

We so enjoyed our week at this Naples location. Close to everything, beaches, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. David and his wife made us feel right at home. Perfect location, nice neighborhood, host was the best. Called, texted and gave us information for our interests we inquired about, checked that everything was o.k. Place is clean and nicely furnished. Booking for a few weeks next year.

The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We were close to the beach and shopping. I’m always leery of beds (mattresses) when I travel and they were very comfortable. A true asset. David, the owner, was very helpful. He came over and showed us how to turn on the tv. Overall, we had a great time.

From the very beginning way before we arrived David had excellent communication. Once we got there he was easily accessible to any questions we had. Always immediately got back to me. Honestly I picked his place based on the reviews he had. His place is clean , well stocked with everything we needed. We like to cook and we had everything needed. The location is truly the best. He has bikes available and all the things needed for a great day at the beach. It’s so close to the beach & really great places to eat. The bonus is if you want to go fishing or just go on his boat and sight see that’s available to !! We will defiantly return !! Thanks for everything David it was a pleasure meeting you and staying at your home.

I had a really good time during my stay. The house was clean, well equipped and conveniently located to the beach and any kind of restaraunts that you can think of. Also, the owner was very helpful and even took me out on a fishing charter.

It was great to have our own place to unwind and relax in Naples. Literally only 5 minutes to the beach. Very close to shopping and dining. David was a great host that took care of everything we needed. The extras like beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels and bikes were very much appreciated.

The owner is very nice and helpful. The house was great. Nice, clean, and well equipped. The gas grill was great. A neighbor cut open a coconut for us. The neighborhood is great, with shopping and restaurants close by.

We have enjoyed greatly to relax near the beach. This house is just perfect for location. We loved to ride the bicycles (included) , grilling our food at the gas grill, and fish with captain, David who knows his hometown nature like own hand. Will come again

My husband and I feel so thankful we were able to stay at David’s property as this was a last minute vacation and came up available the night before we left. Nothing fancy, but David’s accommodations were clean, a quiet neighborhood and close to everything from beaches to shops a very short drive. Brand new grill was great, plenty of nice cooking pots, dishes, towels and even toilet paper!!!! Tvs and plenty of videos, screened patio and a very accommodating owner who was so prompt in any of our questions. A true gentleman.

Location, location, location

My wife and I recently stayed for a week at David’s house in Naples. We couldn’t have been more happy. The property was within minutes to some great beaches and many restaurants and shopping. The house was very clean with all the amenities you would expect. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to be in the heart of north Naples. We wish we didn’t have to leave so soon.
