About this house rental
Beautiful, newly constructed townhouse/villa in the Preserve at West Villages, Venice Fl, in a gated community. Villa comfortably sleeps 6 people. Master Suite features a king bed and an ensuite bath w/double sinks. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. Den/office has a trundle bed which is perfect for kids. Dining table seats 6 (plus additional seating at the breakfast bar). A fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, blender, toaster, coffee maker. Wireless internet access is provided along with 200 channels of cable TV. Villa is one floor-no stairs; 2 car garage. The screened lanai has an outdoor sitting/table and a BBQ Grill.
The amenities include resort style pool, fitness center, tennis court, bocce ball. Located minutes from Manasota and Venice beaches, 2 miles away from spring training home of the Atlanta Braves, CoolToday Park and a 5 minute drive from a brand new Publix/Starbucks anchored shopping center.
Non smoking. A very small dog is negotiable. Manager is available 24/7.

We came upon this villa because we needed pet friendly accommodation for two months while we snow birded in FL from MI. We couldn't have been happier. The villa was modern, clean, and had an open layout - just as pictured and described. In fact the villa was better in person. It was very well stocked in terms of the kitchen items - dinnerware, pots and pans, cutlery, utensils, and basic appliances. Decent linens, a gas grill, and plenty of beach towels were also provided. No view to speak of but the enclosed lanai looks out into a nature area. The owners were very responsive at check-in time and were a pleasure to communicate with. The community is a little smaller than most which was nice for walking. Friendly neighbors. Very nice pool, fitness center, and pickleball courts. Publix grocery store is a mile away, as well as a great pizza place and Irma's for tacos. This villa is in a great location - 15-20 minutes from incredible beaches and cute downtown Venice. We found the area to be exactly what we were looking for to stay active in beautiful weather - walking, running, biking, kayaking, and golfing.
