Nestled in the heart of St. Lucia, La Toc Villa is a modern three-bedroom retreat overlooking the Caribbean Sea, with breathtaking ocean views from every room. Designed for relaxed indoor-outdoor living, the villa accommodates up to six guests and features contemporary comforts, a spacious terrace, and an infinity-edge pool that blends seamlessly with the horizon.
A short four-minute walk leads you to La Toc Beach (please note the path is not maintained by us, and the beach can have a strong undertow). The villa is also just a 5–10 minute drive from Castries, with its restaurants, shops, and local market. A car rental or taxi is recommended to easily explore the island.

I started planning this trip 9 months ago as a family birthday celebration for my 78 year old mother. I wanted it to be perfect, and thanks to the wonderful staff and exquisite Villa it was. The pictures don't do this place justice. It is so relaxing and private with stunning ocean views, a sparkling pool and a garden with fragrant beautiful flowers. Each room is clean and light with a great view of the ocean. Joan, the property manager, is professional, thorough and covered every detail. She was easy to connect with and responsive weeks before we arrived. Her kindness and helpfulness were appreciated. Flores, the housekeeper, cooked a traditional carribean dinner for us on my mom's birthday that was absolutely delicious. She brought warmth and joy to our dinner with her gorgeous spirit. I can't say enough good things about our experience at La Toc Villa. Great family memories were made here !!

We had a lovely week at La Toc Villa :) The property manager, Joan, was wonderful. She was very prompt with communication and helped arrange a lovely dinner with Flores (who was also wonderful and cooked a delicious meal). She even helped to get a beautiful bouquet of flowers and cake for my mom’s birthday. The property itself was clean and comfortable with a gorgeous view. Only note is that the air conditioning was just in the bedrooms and we were asked not to use it except at night for sleeping- still very helpful! Easy to walk to the beach but a little harder to get to town. Would have been nice to have beach chairs for the beach. Need a car to do anything other than walk to the beach and cab fares are very expensive on the island (20 usd for 10 min drive into town one way). The recommended driver, Alston, was very friendly however very late. He was consistently 30 min late to pick us up. We used another driver once and she was very punctual and charged less. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful action packed weekend here at the villaWe took advantage of several recommendations the host provided and enjoyed a chauffeured ride to the Friday night street party and danced in the streets. We also hired the private boat to take us snorkeling which was excellent. The villa was spacious and clean. The private chef welcomed us to the villa with a delicious local meal. We spent most of our time relaxing at the outside dining table enjoying the amazing view. We were treated like queens and highly recommend this home.

On the positive the property has amazing views, is super clean and comes with the support of the most amazing housekeeper who did everything possible to make our stay special.
However the house and hospitality itself comes up quite short and overall felt very miserly. The house interior is old and in need of a lot of maintenance. Yellowed chipped toilet seats, threadbare old linens, old noisy fridge, old chipped and damaged kitchenware. The whole place needs a refurb. The showers are terrible. After a five minute wait we were able to get hot water in one but at barely adequate pressure. We found out this is because the owner chooses to limit the amount of time the hot water heater runs which is really poor.
The pool faces away from the sun and is very cold. TVs are old and small etc.
Check in felt more like being back at boarding school with an exhausting and pretty inhospitable list of dos and don’ts including things like ‘if you use up the paper towels and toilet paper you’ll have to buy your own’.
So overall we’d say not the worst but certainly far from the best we’ve stayed in.
FYI two points to note in case you do stay here to consider binging yourself. Not that they were promised in the listing or anything but we were surprised to find no Nespresso or K-Cups machine-just a French Ppress that’s seen better days. And there’s no technology like iPhone chargers, USB adaptors or Apple TV units.
