About this house rental
Drive up to your front door & unload: 2 designated (marked #70) parking places & share unmarked others.
Beach service is provided "paid by owner" (available: March-Oct. / full week $250 / please tip Taylor!) includes1 large umbrella & 2 chase lounge chairs.
#70 provides Beach Towels for your convenience (2-3).
Free WiFi 500+ Mbps (6+ users).
Bedrooms / 3 upstairs:
1) King master w/ wall mounted TV & private full bath upgraded last year.
2) New Queen sized mattress end of season last year.
3) Twin (2 beds).
Upstairs hall full bath new tub end of season last year.
Downstairs living room:
New dark grey couch & love seat with queen sized sleeper mattress (complete bedding provided). Separate comfy recliner, new 65" flat screen TV (May 2022), speak into remote. Dining room table seats up to 7 (bench & chairs). Kitchen with new appliances, cookware, AM/FM radio CD player under kitchen cabinet, First Aid kit, new dual coffee pot with 2 water tanks (Keurig & reg. coffee pot) & garbage disposal. Ceiling fans throughout unit (5). Keyless front door entry (combination lock/no keys). Front side of unit has 5 acre fresh water lake 25 steps away. Condo is pool side off back patio (10 steps & gated). Includes "all" bed linens & "all" towels. Back patio Renter's Storage Closet (unlocked), new blue charcoal grill, patio table/chairs & large umbrella with solar lights nightly usage.
Designated parking passes on top of frig (complete & place in car).
Trash curbside daily pick up (10am). Please no overnight trash bags outside. Check in is at 4pm and checkout time is 9:30 am.

When I booked, it showed a properly almost right up against the beach. That’s not the unit we got put in. Otherwise, everything was great!

Excellent stay! Close to beach and pool! Parking is right in from of the ground-level front door! This stay was the perfect stay! Full oven and fridge! Easy and fast communication with host!

We had an excellent experience during our stay. The property was well maintained, clean and comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The beach was an easy walk across the parking lot. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

The property was conveniently located! We loved the easy access to the pool as well as the beach. The unit was well stocked and had everything we needed. The owner was quick to respond with any questions we had. We love South Bay! This was our 3rd year staying here.
