About this condo rental
Nestled in Carolina Beach, this lovely condo for $208 per night is a great option for your next vacation. **NEW FOR 2022: Beach renourishment (big beach). New coffee table, end tables, and nightstands. Welcome to my family’s HOME away from home! This 2nd floor, end unit, spacious two bedroom, two bath condo features 4 sliders (2 overlooking the ocean and 1 in each bedroom) and windows in the kitchen and living room that let in plenty of NATURAL light! Well-behaved, groomed pets are welcome (additional fee) and RELAXATION is required! The master bedroom includes an en suite with walk-in shower, queen bed, and balcony. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and balcony. The second full bathroom includes a tub with shower. The recently remodeled kitchen includes all major appliances and accessories. The washer and dryer is located adjacent to the kitchen. Off the kitchen is a big dining table that sits 6. PLENTY of room for sitting, eating, and RELAXING! The living area includes seating for 5 and the couch folds out into a queen size bed. The OCEANFRONT balcony is SPACIOUS with a bar height table and four chairs. You can people watch and see the waves hit the sand from the balcony. There is a 32” HDTV with a DVD player in the living room and a 28” HDTV in the master bedroom. Each TV is connected to cable. The house has wireless internet, FREE-WIFI. SPACIOUS parking for two vehicles. One spot is covered and directly under the condo. Bring your own sheets, linens, and towels. Dogs are welcome north of the pier all day, everyday. During peak summer season dogs are welcome on the beach in front of the condo before 9 am and after 5 pm. The North End Carolina Beach Pier is located less than three blocks away and features the High Tide Lounge Bar/Pub. Located above the pier, beach goers may drive their vehicles right on the sand and pets are welcome YEAR-ROUND. Also, not too far away is the Boardwalk (restaurants, shops, rides, games, and pier) featuring the EXTREMELY POPULAR Britt’s Donuts! **NOM NOM NOM** Rates are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed. Please note that VRBO charges you a service fee and I can't remove it. Check-in is at 4pm, checkout is at 11 am. NOTE: I do not provide linens, towels, washcloths, or hand towels. Great place for visiting CB with dogs. Host states they do not provide linens of any kind (including kitchen dishrag/drying towel), and since unit is up three flights of steps, it was a lot of work to carry up luggage, food, dog kennel/necessities AND all towels and bedding for our stay. Tolerable if you are fit/under 50 or staying a length of time, but difficult for a 2-3 day stay! Also fees and pet charge can/will double your cost!

This condo provided everything we needed for 2 weeks at the beach! The porch overlooks the beach perfectly and it’s a 2 minute walk to the water!!
Most restaurants are close by and most are dog friendly!
Our host was super to deal with-very prompt with answers to our questions and even came personally the 1st day to help with the TV!!

Came down to CB with In-laws . Condo was accommodating although the twin beds were not comfy. Small quaint condo with very nice view of ocean and right on the beach.

The condo is as described and had everything we need for our stay. Most important, it's oceanfront and only steps from the beach. We especially enjoyed walking down to the pier with our dog in the morning and evenings. I can't rave about the location enough; it's away from the boardwalk and peopley part of Carolina Beach but also close enough that you can easily get into that stuff too if you want. The balcony was great for beach views & chillin. We also enjoyed checking out local restaurants. Flaming Amy's, Gulfstream and Lazy Pirate were dog friendly. Bottom line, we didn't want to leave and are plotting our next trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tim’s lovely beach condo. Waking up to the waves, drinking coffee on the deck, and watching for dolphins was delightful. I’m super bummed to leave and even checked the condo listing to see if it was booked for tonight as I was hoping to squeeze in one more day 😂 when we had issues with the cable and messaged Tim he got back to me within minutes. We would definitely recommend the condo and will absolutely be back!

This was our first time visiting Carolina Beach and we absolutely fell in love with the area!
The condo was a little smaller than expected but it fit our family of 3 and our large dog comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for small meals. The washer and dryer was convenient and the storage area under the condo for chairs and umbrellas was an added bonus.
The view was amazing and the location was perfect. A 5 minute walk down the beach to the pier for drinks, love music, and small bonfires on the beach. A 10 minute walk to the North End Cafe for morning coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and affordable kayak rentals. A 30 minute drive to Wilmington for a day trip and sightseeing. And a 5-10 minute drive (or 20-30 minute walk) to the boardwalk and the Kure Beach Pier. The area is very walkable and due to the price of parking, a lot of people seem to travel on foot.
If you are traveling with your dog, the area is very dog friendly and welcoming to larger breeds.
We had a small hiccup with parking upon arrival and Tim was wonderful. We reached out to him and he was on it! In addition, he offered area suggestions and was very easy to communicate with. He was the perfect host!
We had an amazing vacation and can't wait to visit again!

Right on the beach. Enjoyed sitting in the patio, 2nd story, watching and listening to the waves break. Beautiful beach near the pier. Host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend Freddy's Restaurant in Kure Beach for best Italian food. Be sure to make a reservation. Only complaint is the paid parking everywhere you go. It's expensive and they are serious about offenders.

When we got to property everything looked very nice & tidy. However housekeeping really needs to clean under the beds!! There is lint, dust. Pet hair, & food crumbs!! There was a moldy used coffee filter in the coffe maker!!! Gross!!! Other than that evetything else was fine. We didn’t cook, only ate out & got take out pizza! I don’t recommend Michael's Seafood. Way too deceiving with market prices. Husband hated the Mahi Mahi, 3 of us got crab legs & they were just ok. With pricing for sides extra!!!!! Also I don't recommend Vinnie's pizza... talk about extra greasy!! Yuck!!!

Family and I wanted a quiet mid week getaway and that’s what we got. No issues from neighbors or landlord. Beach was beautiful and clean and we all enjoyed our stay very much. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a well rounded trip!

We like the privacy. View of beach is exceptional. Good bed—always a plus. Rooms are spacious except very small shower in master, but that’s ok. TV setups in rooms are great. Access to grocery stores and restaurants is easy.

The house has a great location. The tiki bar at the pier was the best. The house was clean and well equipped with all you need. The view from the balcony was amazing. I really enjoyed the sunrises and walking on the beach with my dog! Instructions for the house were very organized. I would definitely recommend this property.

The ocean was about 2 football fields away from our property with a totally unobstructed view from our deck. We could walk to the beach in a couple of minutes. Great ocean breezes kept us cool. I would highly recommend his property.

Took a trip with my husband and our dogs. One of our dogs is 11 and getting old so we wanted her to see the beach for the first time. It was perfect. We even ordered the recommended cape fear boil company which was amazing. Also, the owner responded so quickly when we had a question about the tv (had to watch the first Thursday night football game of course). We will be back with our four legged babies again for sure!

We loved the condo. It was the perfect proximity to Fremont park for our dog. It had a great view and plenty of space. Would stay there again.

The location is great, however the inside was rather dirty and dated. We spent time cleaning and purchased cleaning supplies because none were available. Disappointed about the accommodations but the location was fantastic. Was ok for a weekend stay but not for a week long visit.

7 weeks of sunshine
The property was very clean and the owner gave excellent instructions about the property and area. The counters weren't overcrowded with things and there were definitely enough dinnerware/pots and pans.
Two things which took sometime to get used to were the small stove and the furniture was pretty squishy. We doubled up cushions but that should not deter younger guests. We are retirees.
When we did have a problem, it was immediately taken care of.
