Located in a quiet neighborhood, but just minutes from I-5. Your clean and private space comes with a full kitchen, and new queen beds in each bedroom. Each bedroom contains a mounted TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube TV, and more. Each bedroom also includes its own refrigerator and microwave. Free WiFi, of course. Large flat screen TV in a common sitting area with heat and AC controlled by a new ductless mini split. Free parking. 6 person inflatable hot tub in a private fenced space. Keurig coffee too! Self check-in with keyless entry makes your life easy getting settled. We have gone to great lengths to ensure a great experience for you and yours, whether you want to see the many nearby sights or hunker down and watch movies.

We felt like this house met all our needs. Everything seems new, up to date and clean. It had 3 bedrooms so everyone had their own space to go. We enjoyed the hot tub!

We had my sons 14th birthday celebration here it was me my wife my mother and his siblings and 6 of his friends afterwards… my son had a sleep over with him and 4 friends and my 13 year old daughter stayed in one room with her girlfriend… I made sure to chaperone and that everything was quite and in order so not to damage anything or get a noise complaint. I wrote a long message informing you about this but I was so busy yesterday I didn’t realize it didn’t send, I hope that’s fine everything is in order and clean thanks again

First off we LOVED the 2:00pm check in time. It was perfect for us to get there and settled before heading out to dinner and a show. This is a great place to stay with friends and have your own space but also a communal livingroom. We didn’t have enough time to use the hot tub but the patio space was great to sip morning coffee before hitting the road. We would definitely stay again, especially for the value!

The property was clean and the space(s) were all modernized. Little homey touches (and notes) were found throughout the house, which included not only an Honor Snack Box but Honor Drinks in the frig. Close to downtown Vancouver, yet out of the way in terms of traffic and noise.

Easy check in and out. Comfy beds, with plenty of blankets towels etc. We enjoyed our stay, had easy access to freeways and had plenty of shopping near by for snacks and such.

Even though we only stayed over night it was convient for what where we were enjoying our night out not super long drive to venue and was easy to find. Love the honor bar although we didnt partake. We brought in our own food and drinks. And the hot tub was nice but we got back too late to enjoy it but myself and my friends will definitely utlize the property if its avaliable for use.

Place was clean, manager nice. Main problem was hot water that they are working on. Also fridge was a little sketchy as there were 2 open bottles of wine and leftover food containers. Location was great for us

Everything was exactly as advertised. Close to Fort Vancouver. Was a very nice stay. Beds were amazingly comfy.

My best friend and I stayed here for 3 nights during spring break. It was a very cute place and very quiet. I didn't hear a peep out of anyone! The hot tub is a nice plus. We were able to cook some meals with no problem. The beds were wonderful, and so nice having a TV in every room! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! Hosts were very accommodating with all the things. I traveled with 5 children and we all had plenty of room. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. Would definitely recommend!

You'll definitely want a car, as there's not much within walking distance. There is a nice trail and a nice park nearby. Property itself was clean and useful. The bedrooms are set up like "dorm" rooms, with separate locks and microwave ovens in each. You will hear the owners working within the garage , at least in the morning. The hot tub was a nice, relaxing attraction. Clean and comfortable.

We only used one of the bedrooms, but the whole house was clean and stocked. Loved that they had some snacks and beverages at the place for donation so we didn't have to leave much. My partner and I had just done a strenuous backpack, so laying in bed, hottub or on the couch while watching movies was a great way to recover! We walked to a brewpub too that had good food. Rick, the host wrote me before the stay with lots of information and there is even a video tour of the place that left us with very little questions. He gave me contact numbers but we didn't need anything that wasn't already there so we never met the host in person. We did get to meet an adorable kitten that hung out with me for a little while in the outdoor patio/hottub/smoking area. Thank you for the wonderful stay Rick and family !

The unit was not clean nor well kept. It looks nothing like the photos which are very misleading. The smell of mold hits you as soon as you enter. Both showers and lined with black mold as well as on the mats. One air conditioner in main room and none in bedrooms. Bad lighting and worn out old used furniture that looks like it came from a thrift store. The couches were so dirty no one wanted to sit on it. The carpets are extremely worn and dirty. The kitchen was not cleaned and garbage not emptied. The beds were good. We arrived late so we had no option but to stay the first night. We left the next day and checked into a hotel. We could not stay there as it was so dirty. When we notified the host he sent abusive insulting emails over our concerns. This is the worst VRBO I have ever rented.

rooms and toilets are perfect!clean and beautiful! great kitchen,dining and sala area where family xan gather to eat tlak and even watch tv...aircon in sala and in rooms...owners very friendly and accomodating! also had minibar(drinks,food) also coffee available and refrigerator...just a great and perfect stay!

We had an event in Portland but couldn’t find a suitable property there with three bedrooms and two baths like this one - especially at a reasonable price. The kitchen/family area was spacious enough for cooking and dining, yet cozy enough for intimate conversations. Everything was immaculate and the host politely accommodated our special request. We highly recommend this property and the drive to Portland was quick and easy!

Was a great stay. Host was very accommodating and lots of options for snacks in the kitchen. Communication was awesome. Close to all things Vancouver/Portland, but quiet and private at the same time. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked well. Was even offered some of their brisket they cooked on the 4th! The hot tub was quaint and fun after a day at the zoo. Only negative comment any of my party mentioned was that we wished there was a mirror in each bedroom, but not a huge deal breaker. Definitely recommend!

Everything felt new. The hot tub on the patio was great after our hikes and having two full bathrooms in the unit is very helpful! You won’t regret staying here. Very close access to Interstate 5.

Beautiful home! Super clean! Amazingly comfortable beds. It was simple, with personal touches, that made us feel right at home. We had a wonderful stay, and will definitely be back.
