Situated in South Forest Beach, this attractive condo for $246 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Welcome to Seaside Villas # 120!! The Villas at Seaside are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website.. This 1 bedroom/1 bath unit is one unit from direct oceanfront. It has a fantastic ocean view from the living area and balcony and is just steps to the beach. This beautiful villa has a full kitchenette including a smooth top range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker! All appliances are stainless steel. The Cherry Bordeaux cabinets, granite counter top, under mount sink and Grohe faucet are sure to please! The bath has been totally remodeled as well with a walnut vanity with a granite top, all Grohe fixtures, Kohler tub with custom tile surround. Bedroom has a king sized Stearns and Foster Estate mattress and large chest of drawers for all your belongings. The entire villa has gorgeous wood look tile. The condo is on the north-facing side so you will be able to watch the sunrise in the morning many times of year. You will also not have to worry about the afternoon sun beating on the windows. This villa is rare for Seaside Villas in that it has 2 ZONE CLIMATE CONTROL; one for the living room/kitchen and one for the bedroom. This condo sleeps 4 with a king sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized sofa bed in the living room. Sea Side Villas is located in heart of Hilton Head Island in South Forest Beach. The complex has a beautiful pool, direct beach access (no crossing of streets!), BBQ grills, beach showers, sundeck. The complex is less than a half mile from Coligny Plaza with many shops and restaurants

We had a great time visiting Hilton Head in October. Nice weather, less crowded in restaurants and on the beach. Very relaxing. Seaside Villa 120 was a very nice place to stay. Very close to ocean, very clean with many little extras that were appreciated. Love the balcony.

We had a great week except for the fact that our car was it in the parking lot. The landscape crew was there the day it happed. The car was hit in the exhaust and bumper. Only a trailer could do damage like that. Because the property had signs stating it was protected by cameras, I called the office and asked to see footage for the morning. They said there was no such thing too look at. They said the best thing to do was turn it into my insurance company. 3000 dollars and 500 dollar deductible later , here we are.

This is our 4 th visit to this rental. We find it very comfortable, clean, and convenient. We like to cook and the kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans to do so. We enjoy the morning sunrise from the balcony too. We will be back!

We stayed at a condo at Seaside Villas and it was perfect. It looked like the pictures! It was tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of drawer and closet space.
There was a large sofa and chair in the living room. The kitchen had everything needed. We will definitely stay here again!
