Beautiful Breeze is a 4 BR 2 BA beachfront cottage with vaulted ceilings in the kitchen & living room. It has a 180 degree ocean view, spacious oceanfront screened porch with plenty of seating, a large sunny deck area, and an outside rinse station.
This oceanfront cottage sleeps up to 8 people. All bedrooms have 12 inch Queen Medium Firm Memory Foam Mattresses and blackout curtains.
This cottage is conveniently located near Middleton Park, Ocean Crest Pier, Island Way Restaurant, The Pepperoni Grill, Kings Beach shop, tennis & pickleball courts, Food Lion grocery, and Publix grocery.
Keyless door lock entry provides easy access.
This is a NON-SMOKING and NO PETS cottage.
Rental includes 5 ROKU Smart TVs, free high-speed Wi-Fi, board games, books, W/D, HVAC, D/W, a fully equipped kitchen, and ceiling fan/light combos in each room.
Lower level storage has a variety of beach toys and supplies. Picnic table is in shaded area under the cottage.
Basic starter cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and dish detergent provided.

When can I come back? Amazing views! Fabulous screened porch! Awesome deck! What more could you want? Property is exactly as described. Lots of cookware, plates, silverware, glasses etc. Excellent communication with the host.

Absolutely loved our stay at Beautiful Breeze last week!! There are so many wonderful things to say about this vacation home, it's hard to know where to even begin. But, I suppose 'at first sight' is a pretty good place. :-) So, upon arriving, we the house's bright exterior was easy to see & the concrete drive and gravel covered area under the house was really nice for unloading & shaded parking. I will say we learned we needed to be careful on the front entry stairs because each step is a bit higher than the norm, especially the first. The lock to enter was super easy. When we entered the front door, we were thrilled to see a bright, open, very clean, modern, well-maintained, spacious, & inviting space that immediately appealed to us. And as we inspected each room individually, our first impression was reinforced! The living & kitchen area is an open area just right for everyone to gather in one space for meals or family/friends time. Also, having bedrooms along with a bathroom on each side of the living area was fabulous!!! It worked perfectly for the young and old who needed their naps at different times!! LOL Of course, the star of the house the entire time was the seating area outside in the screened in porch and the rockers on the unscreened porch! Many, many hours were spent relaxing, talking, thinking, reading, laughing, a little napping, & just enjoying life in those spaces! And I can't leave out the short walk to the beach!! Perfect! We all want to go back!!
