Great location, friendly host, nice breakfast and breakfast room. Large room. Charming old house.
The property isn't kept up well. Some bed slats were broken and the mattress sagged. There was mold in the shower. The fridge for beverages for purchase was nearly empty. The crate for bottle returns was overflowing. The outdoor furniture was falling apart. There is junk all over the outdoor space. The front steps haven't been swept in a long time. This was disappointing and makes you wonder what the kitchen is like. This was incongruent with the lovely breakfast space.

We stayed in the family room and loved it! The property is surrounded by a big, old garden with plenty of possibilities to sit down, read... Bfast was delicious!

Good location 5-10min walk from restaurants and shops. Clean room. Short check in hours are not an issue as you can still collect your key if you arrive late.
Really noisy, creaking bed that woke me up every time I moved. Clogged shower means you better hurry up before water overflows. You need to ask for breakfast by 4pm the previous day which is not ideal if you arrive late.
