Excellent location for city of Da Nang, Dragon Bridge , Han market . It’s a small hotel where guests are made to feel comfortable and very welcome. The staff are fantastic especially Zoey 6* , Vin 6* and Dan . Nothing is too much trouble for the staff they are genuinely so helpful
The cleaners didn’t always put of enough towels in the room

The staff were amazing, so welcoming and helpful. Stand out staff members were Zoey on reception the the two doormen, Dan and Tuyen, they were awesome.
The drains in the bathroom were very smelly at times.

The hotel is lovely, welcoming and perfectly located. We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived.
A huge thank you to the entire reception team. Everyone was extremely friendly, always smiling, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. It really made a difference!
We would also like to give a very special thank you to the gentleman at the entrance of the hotel. He was always smiling, welcoming and incredibly kind every single time we saw him. Such a lovely person who truly adds to the warm atmosphere of the hotel. ❤️

Staff was friendly. Room is clean.
We experienced a couple of power outage in our room, but it was resolved instantly.
Breakfast - average
The shower overflows on to the toilet area.
We had to go down to reception for toilet paper - lift is very slow.
Booked an airport pickup for 5pax - coming from the airport we all had luggage & wouldn't fit in a 5seater SUV. Very disappointed. Highly recommend booking a Grab instead for a much cheaper price.
