From the initial emails with Vi, through Gaia (?) helping me when I arrived, to Khai who drove me everywhere, to Ngoc, the Food and Beverage supervisor, every interaction I had with staffpeople was exceptional. What I liked most was the welcoming atmosphere, the fact that people seemed to genuinely enjoy their work, and the fact that everyonr seemed invested in making your stay the best it could be.
I dont have any negatives. If I had to pick something I would say the fact that the TV volume would not go very high. I am slightly hard of hearing, and like the background noise of tv to fall asleep. While I couldn't hear it, the positive side is that you dont have to worry about loud noises coming from other rooms.
