The location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby. The hotel also has an amazing view of the Dragon Bridge, especially from the rooftop bar, which was one of the highlights of our stay. The pool area also has a beautiful view of the river and the Dragon Bridge.
The breakfast was good, and I really appreciated the breakfast team. We arrived a few minutes before opening time because we had an early flight, and even though they were still preparing some of the food, they kindly allowed us to have breakfast. The breakfast staff were attentive and made us feel well taken care of.
A special mention to Tom from the rooftop bar, who was very welcoming, friendly, and full of positive energy. His hospitality really stood out.
The pool was smaller than it appeared in the photos, and unfortunately the water looked cloudy, which affected the experience.
The room was also smaller than expected and had an unusual layout. It felt like the space had been designed to fit into an awkward corner of the building, which made the room feel less functional compared to a typical hotel room. The wardrobe and storage areas were limited, and the overall layout felt a bit cramped.
I also personally prefer a traditional bidet rather than a Japanese-style built-in bidet, but this is a personal preference.
The front desk staff were polite and professional, although their approach was more formal and less warm compared to the breakfast team and rooftop bar staff.
