Really enjoyed our stay at Val Soleil at Da Nang because of her location and service staff.

The location of the hotel is excellent; lots of food places & easy walk to Han Market, Pink Cathedral etc. The service staff are very friendly & helpful. The breakfast was good.

The room was comfortable but the aircon was a little noisy and had difficulty keeping the temperature steady. The access to the roof top pool is restricted to the afternoon and gym equipment limited. But with so much to see and do, these are really not essential.

Good location, lots of message and restaurants around , just be careful when crossing the busy junction right in front of the hotel! The staff at the reception are very polite and helpful, suggesting restaurants and show ways to places of attraction! The bell boy is also helpful, carrying suitcases down the staircase for us in front of the entrance!

The staff working for daily cleaning is careless if not being lazy! The flush of the hotel is not working properly! We have some defecate left in the toilet bowl in the morning though we have pressed the flush a few times. When we return back to our room, we find the bed is made and the trash is cleared but the toilet bowl remains the same as before! Our room is a double suite, sort of high cost among the room type of this hotel, but the room is a bit worn out! We think we can get a better room somewhere else with the money we have spent!

Hotel molto centrale.

Situato in centro, vicino al ponte del drago. La suite aveva un panorama magnifico sul fiume e sul ponte. Parcheggio privato per la motorbike. Personale gentile. Colazione buona.

This hotel is so great! Central location and staff are so nice. It rained a lot while we stayed there and they let us borrow umbrellas.

Very enjoyable, we will be back.

The staff were great especially John at reception, he made our stay enjoyable with all his help. John went far beyond what was expected to make sure our stay was great, many thanks John. Location is fantastic and pool view amazing.

There is nothing to dislike.

Das Frühstücksbüfett war sehr gut. Der Pool oben hatte eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die Drachenbrücke.

Helpful staff, strategic location, good breakfast

The staff are very helpful and you can change your currency in hotel, no need go find money exchange. The hotel is near to most famous restaurant and shopping mall. The swimming pool even got provide life jacket for toddler which impressed me a lot. The breakfast consist of different local cuisine daily and also international cuisine to cater customer from around the world.

When we first came to check in, there was no bell boy or anybody to help us with the luggages, especially since the hotel entrance has several steps up. Also, there’s no AC at all, and it’s really hot!!Only 2 receptionists and they didn’t even call anybody to help us or even smile at us….We were very surprised about this, because it was the first time we encountered this experience…. During our stay, I asked the receptionist to have couple extra towels so we can use it after swimming, they said they have to charge extra for it, really??? During this vacation, I’d stayed at several hotels, and I think this is the one I like the least, and I don’t think I’ll ever come back here.

Loved the fantastic rooftop pool with views over Dragon Bridge.

The room was a good size. The rooftop swimming pool has an amazing view of Dragon Bridge and the river. Probably the hotel's best feature. The staff were friendly and helpful. Fantastic central location.

Breakfast is comprehensive, although we thought the fruit offerings were disappointing - no pineapple or mango on the 4 mornings we were there. Nor yogurt or muesli - just corn flakes and coco pops. A minor complaint. There was plenty of variety. The towels were changed daily even though I hung them up, to indicate they didn't need to be changed. Sadly, each day the replacement towels were very old, thin and frayed. I've never seen towels in such poor condition, especially in a 4 star hotel. Perhaps Danang hotels are still struggling to make a comeback after Covid - like so many tourist destinations.

Great location

The staff were really helpful with tours and transport. The pool was great with amazing views of the dragon bridge. The cocktails were also great in the roof top bar. Very close to restaurants and market.

Superb

Central location, conveniently located near many restaurants. Rooftop pool offered amazing view of Da Nang. Rooms were spacious with good views and staff accomodated our request of having rooms on same floor. I would like to give a special shoutout to the staff at the hotel, especially Thanh the manager! The staff were all nice and helpful prior and during our stay, never failing to answer our questions and also going as far as helping us book transport for tours and to/from the airport especially for a big group of 13. Would definitely come back next time! Thank you once again Thanh :)

Great pool with amazing view. Lovely to walk along the River Promenade.

The Pool is the best part of this hotel. The view is amazing. Location is handy. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Having a view of the River and bridge were definitely a must for us.

It is noisy in Da Nang, especially with the tourist buses and their horns going off. I was glad we were on a high floor.

Over all a good stay. I liked the location of the hotel and the view at the roof top bar the most.

Good breakfast, perfect location as it was close to the Han River, Pink Church, market, and local restos and shops. Kudos to John/Thanh the receptionist who assisted us in getting tickets to Ba Na Hills and was a gracious host.

Shower position was not stable. This caused water to spill all over the tub, which can make people uncomfortable when taking a bath as they might slip.

An excellent place to stay.Only a few years old and very clean.Staff were very helpful Buffet breakfast has plenty to choose from If you want a upmarket comfy stay with a birds eye view of the Dragon bridge at a good price you cannot go wrong.Also a rooftop bar and infinity pool

You get what you pay for, I guess…

Location. Nice rooftop pool with view of dragon bridge. Price was very good.

Rooms were small. Bed & pillows were not very comfortable. Breakfast had very limited options.

Room was very spacious, we had a family room, no noise from outside, breakfast was avsolutely amazing with lots of local dishes. We enjoyed the pool and the little gym. We had a nice stay, the location is perfect for walking and enjoying the city!

Very nice staff, great location near the river. View from the rooftop was great to see the whole city. I didn’t try the breakfast because I preferred to eat like a local.

The pool on the top floor was great, it has great views. The receptionists were very nice.

It is not good for what you pay. The breakfast was very poor, mostly Asian food, it could offer some options of western food. The bar on the pool was always closed and the gym is SO small (can only fit 1 person). The room was ok, but it feels rusty and a bit unclean.
