The resort itself is very high quality, with beautiful facilities, a very good gym, direct beach access and a clean, premium feel. The buffet breakfast was excellent and probably one of the best parts of the stay, with a huge range of food and very good quality. We also enjoyed being able to walk straight down to the beach, where the water was clear and much nicer for swimming than some of the local beaches.

The hotel felt quite large and busy, so it did not have the same personal touch we experienced at smaller resorts in Vietnam. It was also difficult to get seating around the pool, especially shaded seating, and it was disappointing that some shaded areas appeared to require an extra paid booking. The location is also quite isolated, so you cannot easily walk outside to restaurants, shops or local areas; you generally need to book a car or Grab to go anywhere.

We travel quite regularly and without a doubt your breakfast is quite possibly the best we’ve ever had. One of the greatest assets you have for this hotel is your staff so friendly and nothing was a problem for them to help us with.

It wasn’t that we didn’t like, we just thought it would be nice to have a little more live Music. In the lobby bar in the evenings

Great views of the sea from our room. The pools were great. The service and the food were exceptional.

The views are beautiful. The beach access was really nice.

The staff were a bit unorganized. There were aspects of uncleanliness in the hotel. Staff at kids club were not so friendly. The food at the hotel was not great.
