We loved everything. The proximity to old town was ideal. Easy stroll across the bridge. Lovely rooms, so clean and serviced daily. Great pool and amazing breakfast. Staff were incredible. So friendly and efficient. Faultless

The location is quiet, but only a short walk to the centre of Hoi An and many excellent restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the pool is excellent.

I liked the location and sizes of the rooms!

The reception staff wasn’t the most hospitable. There were many glitches in terms of a smelly room - waiting on room service to bring cutlery for over an hour. The empathy from the housekeeping staff was conveyed, but they said they’re under staffed and super busy at the time. It was 10:30 pm! It should’nt be under staffed while they’re as pricey as they are. When raised to the reception it was just sorry, moving on kind of deal. I wouldn’t go back, but the location was key is all. Also, one restaurant in the hotel? Breakfast/ lunch and dinner all there and everything shuts for 9:30/10 pm. They’d do great with a lobby bar/ something open inside the huge premise they have.
