Great swimming pools.

The restaurants and bars in the resort are pricey. Better off to take a grab to Hoi An for a dinner. Too many ppl during breakfast, staff doesn’t manage to clean tables quickly. Some cutlery/ cups dirty. There are huge inflatables that can be hired in the pool. People use them in kids pool which I believe is very unsafe when pre-schoolers are in the pool. Staff doesn’t look after safety when those inflatables are used. We were not given a room we booked. We had to stay there one night and change on the second day.

Очень понравилась вилла и расположение рядом с собственным пляжем. Brian Dinh вообще супер менеджер, изначально бронировали виллу 250 м кв, но он повысил уровень бронирования и нам дали 350 м кв, также помог забронировать столик на одном из шоу т.к. там требовалась кредитная карта банка Вьетнама. Днем очень жарко купаться в море, а также в 18:00 закрывают пляж, поэтому собственный бассейн просто идеально. Можно заказывать завтрак в собственную кухню ко времени.

Die Verständigung (bis bis auf Rezeption) sehr sehr schwierig, leider wird in Vietnam wenig Englisch gesprochen, selbst in den gehobenen Fünfsternehotels. Außerdem unheimlich viele Kinder, was nicht unbedingt ein negativer Aspekt ist, da es ja auch kein adults-only Hotel ist.

The facilities that we used were good and the beach was grand, just what you'd want. Breakfast offered plenty of choice and didn't feel too busy.

Arrived after our motor bike tour and ushered away from front door by security so that we had to drag our bags from the car park to reception, unlike nearly every other person we saw. The information given by staff was almost next to nothing. Went to get towels from the pool... we needed towel cards from reception, why were we not told? I lost my glasses (yes, my fault) but it took three times of asking and leaving details to get them back and the only reason I did was because I asked one last time as we were leaving and they said that a pair had been found, why was I not informed, I'd told them several times?!? Ordered some snacks, they charged me for adult portions despite me pointing at a kids menu. The training at this place is not five star, it's two and that's only because they did actually find my glasses which I am grateful for. Also their pool seemed to really cut up the kids feet and hands and I noticed it wasn't just our family that suffered, not sure what's going on there, the wrong type of tiles??? Don't know, just expected more from a place like this.
