Private covered parking one compact vehicle THE SPACE: This place is located on .5 acre equestrian neighborhood, adjacent to Sherwood Forest in Northridge, CA. The unit is detached from main house and fenced separately. This unit is approx. 750 sq.ft, with 10 ft. ceilings. Everything in this unit is BRAND NEW. It was built with emphasis on quality and guest comfort in mind. In addition to insulation for energy efficiency, the interior walls of building contain sound efficiency insulation as well as soundboard insulation. This is to ensure proper insulation and comfort for the guests. GUEST ACCESS: You will have private access into the property via a secure intercom code, one compact size vehicle, free secure covered parking (monitored by motion Ring Camera) and access to the entire unit. Edwin and Simon have thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, quiet, peaceful and accessible. They have thought of all you would need in a home away from home. They have thought of every detail to make sure you have all high tech appliances, beautiful bathroom, beautiful sitting area and wonderful kitchen to make your meals if not eating out. They were thoughtful in the way they designed and maintained this immaculate property. I was staying with them during a renovation that took longer than expected, this place provided me with the peaceful environment I needed and a place close to my home so it can meet with my contractor and still go to work. They are so professional and so knowledgeable in their approach to being hosts. They made sure i had everything I needed for a happy stay. Thank you Edwin and Simon! You’re awesome! The best in fact!

Booked for my son to visit his girlfriend at CSUN. Edwin was THE BEST host, with quick friendly replies to all my questions. My son's feedback: EV charger was extremely handy and appreciated. Easy to get to property, convenient location, no noise, no traffic, good privacy even though 3 units there. More economical option than local hotels, especially if you like cooking your own meals. Kitchen well-equipped and had salt, pepper and spices on hand, but needed to run out for cooking oil. Only one small issue: the glass coffee table is a shin-bonker and something to consider for families with small kids. Otherwise, it was a perfect weekend! Thank you, Edwin & Simon!

I needed a place to stay for business in the LA area for a week. The property is quiet and safe behind a locked gate for which you have an entry code. The property looks EXACTLY as it does in the photos. Edwin is a welcoming host, but respects your privacy. If you need anything, he is always available by text or phone. I had some important business documents coming by Fedex and he set them aside for me while I was out. Very clean, no keys to worry about losing (codes for gate and door), outdoor sitting area and up-to-date furnishings and appliances. Couldn't have been a lovelier stay!

This is our second stay on Chase Avenue. It's a bit further out, in Northridge, but convenient to the places we wanted to see. The hosts were awesome and we would likely stay here again. The kitchen is really great with everything we needed. The rooms are spacious and there's plenty of storage.

This beautiful, clean space was perfect for us. It is spacious with a full kitchen, comfy bed and spacious bathroom. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and we felt very secure behind the locked gate. Simon and Edwin are definitely super hosts as they are accessible and respond very quickly if you reach out with any questions. We will definitely book here again!
