Very comfortable living area and bedroom, exceptionally clean. A good location albeit out of the way and approaching lane a problem if a vehicle is coming the other way.
The bedroom is upstairs and tje bathroom downstairs which isnt a problem unless you need the toilet in the night. The bedroom is so big with lots of wasted space there is room for a shower room with toilet upstairs.

Nice quiet area
The stairs were steep.. it was ashame the bedroom didn’t have a on suite.. it was big enough. The decking was in a poor condition. House keeping could have been better.

A lovely stone cottage in a quiet rural location, yet still just a few minutes from Bamburgh and the A1.

Outside balcony area - although we couldn't use it because of bad weather.
Door keys difficult to use.
Poorly equipped kitchen. Just the minimum eg more teaspoons would be good. A scourer. Hand towel (we used the one from the bathroom)
Tissue box in bedroom but no tissues supplied. Only 1 toilet roll.
Poor lighting in lounge for reading.
Just little things but overall detracted from the experience.
