Die Doppelhaushälfte liegt am steilen Hang in einer dicht bebauten Siedlung und ist im EG (zu dem man erstmal zwei Stockwerke runtersteigen muss) sehr geräumig. Es gibt im EG einen überdachten Balkon und eine Terrasse jeweils mit Tisch und großem Grill zusätzlich zum Esstisch drinnen.
Der große beheizte Pool ist auf jeden Fall das Highlight.
Toller Blick auf Tal und Meer!
Haus und Möbel sind größtenteils abgewohnt, Türen und Fenster klemmen, die Sofas sind alt. Eine Klimaanlage gibs nur im großen Schlafzimmer und ist recht altersschwach und laut. Die vielen Ameisen in der Küche haben uns nicht gestört, die lauten Hunde- und Gockelkonzerte nachts schon eher.
Insgesamt macht das Haus einen vernachlässigten Eindruck.

La tranquilidad del sitio y sus vistas desde la terracita. Tienes las playas de Agaete a 6 minutos en coche y rutas para hacer senderismo a pie de casa.La casa tiene mucho espacio . La piscina es perfecta para mitigar el calor de los días de agosto.
Era agosto y pasamos algo de calor cuando no estábamos en la piscina. Solo dispone de aire acondicionado en la habitación, el aparato es bastante viejo y hace bastante ruido.

No oven in the kitchen. Stairs down to house could be a challenge. Would be good to be able to get into door by the pool?

Gute Lage mit schöner Aussicht
Das Haus wirkt vernachlässigt. Einiges ist abgenutzt. Terrassenmöbel sind wackelig.
