One or both units may be rented. If one unit is rented, then the other unit will be rented out to another party. Each unit is independent containing a kitchen, living area, 3 br/ 2ba, and private screened porch. This listing is for Unit A. See listing #1876993 for side B. ADDITIONAL DETAILS * Free guest parking - room to park 3 vehicles on site. * Amenities include free WiFi, 2 smart tv's, fully equipped kitchen, screened porch, canal front. * Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels. * Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. This condo is very spacious with a large living room area that is open to the kitchen. The laundry room is separate, which is nice. The canal behind the property is very peaceful. The listing is accurate to what is provided. There was plenty of room to set up a pack n play for our infant in 2 out of the 3 bedrooms. The location is awesome - a short walk to the Hangout and other stores and restaurants. We enjoyed our time here!

The bathtubs and floors were not cleaned at all. Sand all over the floors and a wad of someone’s hair left on the tub walls, the other bathtub looked as if it had not been cleaned in a long while. All the towel racks were off the wall in the master bath, needing repairs. The dresser in the masters closet was pushed up under the hanging rack leaving very little room for actual hanging—not sure why it wasn’t turned to the side? Most all the kitchen drawers (5-7) were broken and literally hanging in the cabinet and yet the silverware and supplies were still in them—-having to push down and pull was an effort. The set up over all was good, porch off the master was all a great. The uncleanliness and need of repairs was concerning. The property is located in walking distance of restaurants but if going to the beach by walking, it is a pretty long walk if having to take chairs and all. Parking is good. This property has great potential but needs some TLC. I was disappointed sad to say…

It was an amazing time. The only downside is no easy access to the beach without going around the canal but only a 3-5 min drive to the public beach. The place was cozy and AC worked awesome to help cool us down!

This was a nice location. Easy to walk to near by shops and restaurants. 10 min. Walk to the beach. It would be great if host would provide some tips about what is around. I’ve seen this in other places and it was helpful.

The pictures looked better then it was,it was not clean there was bugs everywhere!the canal wasn’t worth fishing in ,it’s a long walk to the beach,very over priced.

Great location, close to shops, restaurants and most important the beach! Condo had all of the amenities needed and made for a comfortable stay. Will definitely recommend this to other friends and family who visit Gulf shores! Owner was accommodating and very responsive. Thank you for the hospitality!

My only real complaint, the mattresses are extremely uncomfortable. But the house was big enough for my little family, and the location was good enough. Short drive to beach!

The property that we stayed at was nice and clean. It wasn't far from the beach so we were able to walk there. There was a back deck which was nice. It came equipped with everything that we needed to have a nice stay. My family and I would definitely stay again!

The house is in walking distance to many local restaurants and night life, public beach access is also within walking distance. House is well equipped with essentials, great area underneath house for grilling with picnic table and plenty of shade. Great neighborhood and communication with host!

The good thing was the owner was very responsive and gave me a refund. But, the house is dirty and unkept. A few minor upgrades and a few coats of paint would go a long way in this house

My favorite was the little lagoon behind the property and the screened in porch. We had so much fun. It was a nice place to relax. Location was great as it was close to everything. We would stay again.

It was great have everything we needed really wish it was my own home I loved everything about this place except for they need to put on the listing that their water is not drinkable I lived in golf Shores my whole life but I always been able to drink right out of the sink you cannot in the condo

The communication was all through messaging. That was all fine. Shonna always wrote back right away. But she really needs to update the place and get better cleaning people. Pretty expensive for a not so nice place but it is a great location.

The property was just as described.....really the only bad thing is trees have grown up across the road and they block all views of the beach/ocean. Other than that the property is on a dead-end street and very convenient to so many places that we love.

Duplex needs an update to hall bathroom and some new skillets. Everything else was in good working order and couldn’t get in door one day and problem was addressed immediately. Loved the neighborhood and easy walk to beach. Screened in porch was fun to sit on and watch the lagoon. Overall wonderful trip

We loved staying at the duplex. It was a big place and the living room and kitchen wide open for my family. Will definitely stay here again. So close to walk to restaurants and the shrimpfest. My grandkids loved fishing in the canal and we watched the herons fly in every morning from the back enclosed deck. There was also ducks that we fed. Loved the place!

Had a great stay. The property was great, fishing out of the back door, walking distance to shopping and the Hangout. My grand daughters loved it. The house is well equipped with every thing we needed. Definitely recommend this property.

Could not get into house due to a keypad that did not function. Then then keypad beeped until afternoon the next day. The house had not beened cleaned. Clean sheets were only thing clean. Kitchen had 1 drinking glass. Rest was coffee cups or wine glasses. Kitchen not furnished properly for a rental. We had to wash dishes before using them. Food still on them. Entire unit in bad need of painting and some privacy curtains. Towel bar in master bath kept falling. Could be a nice place to stay if clean and updated. Access to load kayaks were great. Good place for fishing. Just need some love and care.

The location was great!! Quiet street but walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach. It could definitely use some updating. It is a duplex and the second unit had a patio table and chairs for them to use but this side did not. The things the property could use: outside seating by the canal for outdoor entertaining, a mat at the doors to clean feet, more towels for the amount of guests it could accommodate, more basic necessities than are provided, the vent in the third bedroom is backwards so the AC doesn’t blow directly in to the room and there is no fan and last would be some kind of place to hang items worn to the beach. The house is very basic so you might want to pay more for a property that has the extras bc you will spend it anyways going to buy all new things for your vacation. It seems like more things you have to worry about if you are traveling a good distance.

Loved the property, but it’s dated and needs some upgrades and a few more decorations would make it feel/appear much nicer. Smells old. Needs paint. Not the cleanest by far, especially for how much the cleaning fee is. Found previous occupants dirty socks under one bed. Pile of dirt and sand that didn’t get swept up was still in the living room floor. Door lock is a little sketchy and won’t lock if it’s pulled all the way closed. Overall the property was super cute, but they need to find a different company to clean it!!!
