Our Neighborhood- Westside Woods is a private road off of Westside Road. It is a quiet neighborhood just outside of busy North Conway. There are many hiking/snowshoeing trails in the area from easy to extreme to enjoy all seasons. When you stay with us here in the Mt. Washington Valley, we kindly ask that you are respectful of our surrounding community. We live among permanent residents, and because this gorgeous community is their home, we rely on many of them to create a beautiful place for our friends to stay in our short-term rental houses. We’re sure you will love their community as much as they do. To avoid disturbing the full-time residents here as they go about their daily lives, we hope you will observe a few kind gestures:
1. No parties.
2. Please be mindful of loud music.
3. Observe quiet hours of 10 pm - 7 am.
4. Please don’t litter our beautiful valley.
5. Be kind to our neighbors.

A Few House Rules to Know Before Booking:
• No smoking, under age drinking, parties, drugs, camp fires or any form of illegal activity permitted in/on premises. No fireworks permitted in the neighborhood.
• All recycling and trash must be put in plastic bags before disposing in the garage. No loose items please in large trash barrels please. Plastic, aluminum cans and glass must all be separated and put into their own bag for recycling. Failure to do so will result in a fee charged to guest.
• Only people accounted for in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.
• Do not leave food or trash outside overnight. Please clean off grill after use. We are in the woods and have been known to have bears in our neighborhood.
• Help keep our hardwood floors beautiful. Please remove shoes or ski boots before entering. Thank you!
• This home uses a septic system. Please flush only natural waste and toilet paper in the toilet. Kindly discard all other products into the trash. Scrape food into kitchen trash before rinsing plates.

This cabin was amazing for our family vacation. It’s was everything we wanted. Everyone loved it and had an amazing time. Definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend renting this home and may return within a year or two.Good communication with Property Manager.House was very clean and comfortable with room for 7 adults.Kitchen was well stocked with anything that we needed - best of other homes we have stayed in.Fridge has an ice maker and water system, which is good for filling bottles before exploring.Beds were comfortable. Quilts were on beds and are a little heavy for summer, but there are lighter blankets in the closets.Three full bathrooms made it easy for everyone to shower within a reasonable time.The porch is beautiful and spacious with comfortable rocking chairs. We spent a lot of time (when not in the mountains) on this porch.Neighborhood is very quiet and close to Diana's Bath. We walked there one day and avoided the long line of traffic waiting to gain access.Overall, we love this area as it is off of West Side Road, making it easy to gain access to the Kank, North Conway (not the retail stores) and mountains towards Mt Washington.Apart from house, we had excellent dinners at:FlatbreadTuckermansWhite Mountain Cider HouseRed Fox (always crowded but food very good)Did not love the new Mexican Rest near junction to StoryLand.

Stephani’s home was perfect for a ski getaway with my husband and two teenage sons. We had plenty of space and the beds were incredibly comfortable after a long day of skiing. It snowed about a foot while we were there and the driveway was cleared quickly. We also appreciated the great communication with Stephani. We look forward to our next visit!
