Nestled in Manasota Key, this charming condo for $140 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is decorated in a whimsical, nautical theme and is equipped with all the modern conveniences of home. End unit on the second floor for privacy. Equipped w Cable and Wi-Fi. The community features a heated pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, ping pong, pool table and a community library. Sit and relax on your private balcony and let the salt air awaken your spirit. Short stroll to shopping and dining. This is is truly a place to rest and rejuvenate. Home is clean and sanitized between each guest. We will do our best to accommodate early check in requests, but we want to ensure the home is top notch for your relaxing vacation. As part of the reservation process we send an email outlining the house and community rules. Please read through and acknowledge by e-signature. Effective for reservations booked after June 17, 2021: $50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the following list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home. Please review the following list in advance. TO DO: 1. One (1 )set of sheets can be left per bed to launder-all additional sets must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the appropriate bedroom closet. If any of the sheets you have washed come out stained, please place them in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners. 2. One (1) towel can be left per guest to be laundered. All other towels must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the linen closet. If any of the towels that you washed come out stained, we ask that those towels are placed in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners. 3. Please leave any beds used beds unmade. Please place all used sheets, linens, and towels by the washer and dryer. 4. All dishes should be run through the dishwasher the night before departure and dishes returned to the appropriate kitchen cabinet. Any pans that did not come clean should be washed by hand, dried, and returned to the appropriate cabinet. Any dishes produced from breakfast may be placed into the dishwasher and dishwasher started prior to your departure. Please do not place any soiled dishes or utensils back in the cabinets. 5. Refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen cabinet food contents should be properly disposed of before your departure. 6. All trash in the home should be bagged and then placed into the curbside can. 7. Please do not place the outside trash receptacles on the curb unless the staff of Realty by Dale Thomas has reached out and requested so. 8. Please return any moved items to where you had found them upon arrival. The home should be left in a neat and orderly condition. If any furniture has been moved please return it to its original location 9. Make sure all fans and lights are turned off. Please turn off all televisions and radios. 10. Please make certain both the oven and stovetop are turned off . Please unplug the small appliances on the kitchen counter. 11. Please make sure all windows and doors are locked. 12. Please lock the front door and return the keys to the lockbox (as applicable) if you have removed them. Please make sure the garage door is completely closed. 13. Place the garage remote and the spare key (if applicable) on the kitchen counter. *Charges will incur as a result of lost or missing keys and/or remotes. ** We thank you in advance for your assistance. If all of the tasks are completed, the agreed-upon cleaning fee return will be initiated within 7 days. *** Please sign both pages. We require that the signature is of the party that made the reservation. If not signed by that person, the return cannot be provided. The home has a lockbox for entry. The lockbox code will be sent via text on the morning of the reservation. The Welcome Guide in the home will include the information about the home, wifi, trash day, etc. in addition to information about the local area. A contact number is in the book to reach me when needed. The condo is located within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, clothing stores and convenience stores. Sidewalks in place. Short drive to the Manasota Key Beaches, Marinas, Golf Courses and Shopping. Englewood is a quaint community that is known for Mom and Pop shops as opposed to franchise and big box stores. Our guests are welcome to use the entire space. Please make yourself at home. Located in the heart of Englewood, FL; this adorable condo makes the perfect retreat for your extended winter getaway, week long summer escape or extended weekend jaunt. Just a short 2.5 miles and your toes will enter the warming sands and the healing waters of the beautiful Gulf Beaches at Manasota Key. Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas provided for your convenience. Englewood remains a secret treasure where the beaches are not crowded and the area is not over run by big box stores. Quaint appeal. Great area for shelling and shark tooth hunting. The community has several charcoal grills throughout for use. Safe, secure and friendly community where neighbors become fast friends. Bring the tennis rackets, as the court is adjacent to your unit. The pool is spacious and welcoming. Great place to meet new people. No Public Transportation, Uber is available but having a vehicle is recommended

This was our second VRBO experience and the best. The amenities in the kitchen are awesome. The beds comfortable and very clean. The only issue we had was that some people didn't make sure the dishes were clean when the put them away. (dish washers are not perfect), but it was easily fixed. 4 Adults and plenty of room. I loved that the Master Bedroom had a desk since I had to work a bit while there. Enjoyed the pool table, ping pong, pickle ball and swimming pool. Close drive to the beach and good restaurants and walking distance to 2 grocery stores. RECOMMEND!

Nice property. Clean and well equipted. On back of property so didnt feel part of community. Just a random apartment. Manageger did not communicate our check in information until I was in the air flying. I wasn't sure if I would have a place to stay when I got there. Was told 7 days before check in was what to expect.

Stayed for 2 weeks. New furniture and kitchen wares- all linens /towels also new. King bed comfortable new tvs in living room and bedrooms. The complex itself is quiet with a pool and friendly people. Great area - beach 10 min away - shopping within walking distance. Would stay again.
