Featuring stunning 180 degree postcard-perfect views of the Championship Golf Course at PGA National Golf Club. We welcome responsible guests seeking to enjoy the finest that Palm beach offers in a serene and upscale setting. MY PRICES ARE FIRM AND I DO NOT OFFER DISCOUNTS. Completely renovated and completed in January 2022, this property features all new furniture, floor coverings and accessories. The designer kitchen is all new and perfect for private dining or entertaining. The mattress are new and extremely comfortable with 500 thread count sheets and linens. New TV's in all bedrooms and the living room with High Speed WIFI throughout the property. Spectacular private terrace features golf course views. The property is located within the gated PGA National Resort, home the Honda Classic on the PGA Tour. There are beautiful parks within the community and great restaurants are just minutes from the property. Juno Beach is a 9 minute drive and is one of the best beaches in South Florida with free parking. West Palm Beach is a 15 minute drive from the property; walk the famous Worth Avenue in West Palm Beach or take a 5 minute drive to the Gardens Mall (Indoor and Outdoor). The outlet mall is located off Hwy 95 and is only 10 minutes from the property. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is 15 minute away. Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) is 45 minute away. Great shopping, food, and beaches await your stay. There is free parking within the gated community next to the property. Pick-up trucks or any other type of trucks are not permitted in the parking area. They will be towed. Pets that are above 25 pounds are strictly prohibited by the PGA community. If you wish to bring a pet, you must include a pet at the time of booking. I do charge a pet fee. Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1 has 1 King bed. Bedroom 2 has 4 Double beds (2 Restoration Hardware double over double bunks). The Property is Licensed by the State of Florida as Public Lodging Establishment for Transient Occupancy. House Rules: 1. Only the registered guests in your booking shall be permitted in the residence at anytime. We do not permit additional day time or night time visitors. If you plan on having visitors, they need to be included in the number of guests you indicate at the time you make your booking. For example, if you have 4 guest staying overnight, but will have 2 day visitors, you must book for 6 guests. 2. You will need you to sign our Property Use Agreement within the next 24 hours of booking or your booking is subject to cancellation. The docusign link will be sent to you through VRBO after you book.

The unit had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were particularly comfortable. Worked well for a family of 5, especially with the large bunk beds in the second bedroom.

The host of this property was very attentive, we only had one minor issue and it was handled very quickly. Great stay, would definitely recommend. Located near everything and the unit itself was very well done and comfortable and homey.

Checked in at required time and the unit had not been cleaned from the last renters called property manager and had somebody over within a half hour and cleaned the whole place. The property manager called and wanted to take the living room rug out of the unit said it had to go in another unit my husband said no way. There were also slats missing on some of the windows which didn’t give us that much privacy. For the price we paid these things should have been taken care of.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this rental in Palm Beach Gardens. It was clean & recently renovated with nice furniture in the living, dining & bedrooms. The apartment fit 3 adults & 2 kids comfortably. The property was right across from the pool - in walking distance. The property manager was attentive & checked in to ensure all our needs were being met & that we had no issues. We would definitely return!

i stayed 6 weeks Nov and early Dec 2021. Very much enjoyed the condo. Sweet community right near the pool. Modern, simple furniture very easy to maintain. Very comfortable and lovely quiet, open views to fairways beyond. The back porch is wonderful and the owners are very responsive to any issues you may have. A lovely experience.

We spent almost two weeks at this beautiful condo and were so sad to leave. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated and extremely well maintained.
