We had a great stay at this property with our two college aged children. Plenty of room to enjiy downtime and only a few feet from beach/ocean. House had everything we needed for a Thanksgiving feast, plenty of pots/pans and cooking tools. The only gripe is the limited basic resources left for us for a 4 day stay. We only had one roll of TP for each bathroom and one trash bag for kitchen. We paid almost double the advertised nightly rate after fees and taxes, be warned.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The locale is so perfect. Access to the beach is immediate and convenient. Great sidewalks for walking, and Mandy could not have been more helpful and accessible. We are surely going to make this an annual yhing.

We had the best time at the condo! Our 21 month old loved waking up everyday and seeing the beach! The condo was clean and had a lot of things provided for us! Definitely recommend for a small family! We took my in-laws as well and they loved it! So nice to have a short walk to the beach with a toddler!

What a memorable experience for all eight of us who stayed at the Sea Shadow property on Surfside Beach, SC! Our condo was spic and span, had a trendy vibe, accommodated the entire group, conveniently located by popular establishments within walking distance and was safe. The property was exactly as described. Views of ocean were spectacular. Even used the grille outside, pool very clean. Would recommend to any family clean, perfect size, close to everything you want to do. Will be back again.

We loved our stay. Would stay again prefect location. Beautiful inside and the beach was great.
The only thing I would recommend and there very little at a couple more pillows on the beds. Have a few of basic spices, kitchen trash bags dish towels and bath towels. Paper products toilet paper ext.

The floors were dirty, the base boards were as well. The dining table had something sticky all over it. The refrigerator had to be wiped out. Especially concerning with extra cleaning supposedly being done due to Covid. The HVAC condensation tray was full and running over into floor. We found one tv remote under the sofa and one under dining table. The overhead light in king bedroom not working. Maintenence could not fix. We had to. alland have maintenence out twice. Parking spaces inside are very hard to get into without scraping car. Pool cleanliness,location cleanliness, quietness of unit all great.

Updated condo on an amazing beach.
My family really enjoyed our time here. Everything in the condo is updated and the kitchen especially was very well done. All of the beds were comfortable even for my husband who is extremely picky about mattresses. The condo pool and beach were quiet even over a holiday weekend. Highly reommend!

The kitchen is very well equipped, and we did most of our dinners in the condo. Surfside has just enough "stuff" so that our 9 year old granddaughter had fun with putt putt and the candy store but not so developed to be a miserable, overcrowded place. It was super family friendly and had the cleanest beach I think I have ever seen. Brookgreen gardens is located just a short ride away and is absolutely a must to see! Everyone we encountered from restaurant employees to the beach patrols to the people working the gardens were just lovely, warm and inviting.
The only downside to the condo is that there is a pool light located right outside the master bedroom, and the blinds didn't really do a good job of blocking the light which stays on all night. Maybe some heavier curtains?

Expectations exceeded!
This condo was everything we expected it to be! Beautifully decorated, clean, wonderful view and conveniently located. Our favorite part was the beautiful ocean view. The only downfall is that the pool isn’t heated. Our trip was early in May and the pool was too cold for kiddos to swim. We plan on returning next year!
