Nestled in Oceanside Village, this charming house for $211 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Your family will love this comfortable and inviting beach getaway! Oceanside Villa is a gated community that provides a safe and secure environment for you and your family to relax and enjoy your vacation! Our spacious villa has three private bedrooms and two bathrooms. The home sleeps up to 8 with one king, one queen, one twin and one set of bunk beds with trundle in the kids room. In the open living area, you will enjoy plenty of seating, a large flat-screen TV, bar seating for four, a well-appointed kitchen, and a separate dining room. Just a few steps from your front door is a huge outdoor pool complex with a children's splash park. Around the corner is the indoor pool for those who prefer some time out of the sun. Nearby is our community club house, playground, library, basketball courts and a new dog park. Check Oceanside Villas calendar for list of the many activities and events - ice cream social - water aerobics - golf cart parade etc Enjoy golf? Tupelo Bay Golf course is just across the highway. When it's time for sun and sand , you are just a 2 minute golf cart ride away. ( golf cart included ) You will appreciate our private parking just feet from the wide sandy beach. The famous beachfront Conch Café is nearby. After a fun filled day in the sun, come home to relax on your large covered front porch. Maybe hamburgers on the convenient grill for supper? or have a pizza delivered right to the porch? Walk across street for a late night swim or enjoy the hot tub for a great way to end your day.

Lovely 3 bedroom home. Very comfortable for my husband and I plus our pups. Just wish the cleaning company paid closer attention to the vents. Other than that great place to stay

Our stay was cut short by one day due to storm coming in.
The only problem was the living room tv's remotes, very difficult to use.
Owner came over and showed us how to use and the next day it didn't work... lol. We finally figured out how to use one of the remotes.
Owner should put written instructions on tv use.

Great property. As advertised. Hot tub is close enough to see the bubbles from the porch. Golf cart gets you to the beach. Located near anything from pawleys island to North Myrtle. Over all I would return again next year given the opportunity.

This house perfectly fit our family. Loved the big kid’s room with bunk beds and trundle beds. The location of the house was great- we could walk to the pool with ease. Good communication with house owner and he helped us quickly solve our car pass issue.

House was convenient and clean. Location was great for us! The golf cart was fantastic! We rented one last year and yours had MUCH more pep! We really enjoyed the covered porch as it was cool and rainy for half our stay.

The house was perfect size, very clean and had anything you could need. My husband loved being so close to the pool/hot tub and the golf cart was perfect for a ride to the beach to walk our dogs.We loved everything about the house...definitely will stay again...and my 82 year old mother loved the covered porch...perfect place for her to see things.

This house was excellent. The location across from the pool/splash pad was great. (You couldn't hear any noice inside the house). The beds were comfortable and the house itself was good. We loved being in the center of the community and having a golf cart was a nice bonus. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed our 2 week stay very much, We have stayed at 3 other places in O.S. and this was the best. We loved being across the street from the pool. Having the golf cart was great for the beach. There were just the two of us and we loved the huge front porch.
We had no problems and the owner was very easy to work with.
We will return for sure.

We just finished our week at OSV , go to OSV many times but our first time staying at the Park Green address. We don't want to ever stay anywhere else. The house is roomy and so nice. Clean and so convenient. If you have kids, it's the best location ever. You can sit on the comfy porch and watch the outdoor pool area. The house had nice updates and we just loved it
I can not think of anything that was wrong. The use of the golfcart was so helpful. We are just so happy to have been able to stay at the Barker's Beach house. My Grandkids loved it and that's what matters to me !!!

The house was beautiful and was perfect for what we were looking for that was reasonably priced. It was a short golf cart ride to a private residents only beach and close to many attractions and stores.

This was our second stay at this rental. Expectations met once again! Home is cozy and has a great location within OSV. Our dogs enjoyed sitting on the front porch with us. The attached gate is great for keeping them on the porch. Included golf cart makes the beach easily accessible and also makes for fun rides around the gated community. Owner is easy to reach and quickly responds if needed. Can’t wait for our next visit! Highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed our stay! I would have given a 5 star on cleanliness but there was a lot of dust. Other then that it was great and I’d definitely stay again! We loved the golf cart being included. I also love the fact that it’s in a gated community and helps with feeling save! Great vacation and lots of memories made!

loved the location and layout of property, decoration. Loved the golf cart. Maid service needs to pay close attention to property sand was on comforters, we vacuumed entrance way and front porch furniture and rugs, swept off carport and organized carport, washed golf cart cover. Would recommend this home to everyone. Thanks for letting us stay.

This was our second year vacationing at OSV and the first at this home. Highly recommend it for families and those with dogs. Quick replies from Mr Barker too. Easy check in and had everything needed for our week there. Some big pluses for my family (my husband, 7 year old daughter and our dog): across street from outdoor pool, close enough walk to the playground and dog parks, the front porch even had accordion style gate to keep most dogs and small children off steps and safely contained on porch. The entry way room was amazing for leaving shoes and all the sandy things out of the house. Really helped keep the inside of house clean. This community is very dog friendly and love the fact they make it easy to clean up after dogs with trash cans and poop bag stations everywhere. Easy trip to the beach and Conch Cafe (which we loved). And the included golf cart is always a family fave. After dark is the best time for that! Highly recommend this home

Fun at the beach!
We loved our stay at this property located right across the street from pools at Oceanside Village. The home was clean, well-equipped, and just right for our family! Having a golf cart available made beach-going a breeze. Thank you so much!

OSV vacation
House was clean and check in was painless. The location was great good place to relax and have a good time. Only issue was the master bathroom shower is very small and not good for bigger people.

Great House with a Great Location
7 of us stayed here for a week and we couldn't be happier. The house is much roomier than you would think. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook. TV's in every room, Wifi throughout. Community Pool across the street with a kids water park pool, bigger pool for adults and families, and a large hot tub. 10 minute walk to the indoor pool and fitness center. We used the included golf cart to go to the beach.
The beach is about a 15 minute walk otherwise. Front porch was a nice place to hang out anytime of day (could use a light on the ceiling fan.) Owner was great to communicate with. Had a question about the refrigerator and golf cart and he got right back with me. The gated community is so nice and everyone was friendly. Had enough parking for 3 vehicles. My only suggestion would be another refrigerator in the house (maybe in the front inner porch area) as with 7 people we needed more fridge space for all the food and drinks since we cooked in a lot. Hope to be back next year.
