The only thing I would say is maybe put a cover over the hot tub so it could still be used if it rains

Great location, so close to the motorway yet seemed to be in the middle of nowhere. Lovely views. Everything was comfortable and everything we needed was provided. This was my second time here, once with husband and this time with friends and I will be back. Hot tub is great, work out to those muscles getting the lid on and off but kept the heat in well especially with it snowing. We paid extra for early check in, late check out and balloons and happy birthday sign on arrival and everything was set ready for the birthday girl who was very surprised.
Once again had nothing we didn't like

Had such a lovely experience! Booked a couple of nights with my little cuz for her 30th, was looking for somewhere affordable, the kinda place to just relax and unwind, this was perfect 👌, the cabin its self was lovely, really spacious, clean, comfortable and cossy, the hot tub was definitely the main attraction for us but also having access to Netflix was a nice bonus that I wasn't expecting, didn't have alot to do with staff but on the couple of occasions I needed to get in touch they responded with in seconds, the location and view from decking was stunning, we will definitely be back and will definitely recommend to friends

The location and view was beautiful and great to enjoy and wake up to, the furniture and space was perfect and what I was looking for
I experienced many issues about the specific property, lack of dishes, unclean dishes from previous people staying so felt staff didn’t take much care made it hard to trust other dishes that had no visible marks and such, the heating wasn’t explained and I couldn’t figure it out so the lodge was very cold, had to figure out the taps as they were rather confusing and some inverted from what is normally expected there were many things that were broken or not fitted very well for example the toilet, the shower head had a crack, the tv looked like it was going to fall, one of the cupboards in the main bedroom was broken, water was cloudy even when boiled and wouldn’t clear up, the kettle itself was dirty, the hot tub failed to get hot and went cold very quickly even when recovered and left for time, the dining chairs had red stains all of which was not disclosed in any way before selecting the lodge.
