Location was great just a short walk to the beach. The property was not as clean as we have experienced with several other rental properties we have stayed at. There were ants in the kitchen, bathrooms and dining area.

This property is in a great location, very close to the beach. Unfortunately, it was not very clean, and from time to time found ants in the master bedroom. Pillows and cushions need cleaning as well. Kitchen was very well stocked and appliances seemed fairly modern. This could be a nice little bungalow but really needs a good cleaning, upgraded bedding and a lot of TLC.

Perfect location. Especially during summer weekends/holidays, so much traffic but from this condo you just walk a couple of minutes to be on the beach. Super for families with kids. Even has 2 reserved parking spots, off the street.
There is an external staircase up to the front door. In the unit, there is a bedroom on the main floor, and stairs to another bedroom on the upper level. This could be a concern for the mobility challenged.
Things weren't quite as clean as we would have liked. On my bed the bedcover was stained. We had to wash the dishes and silverware before using them. The water had a funky smell, so we bough a case of bottled water for drinking.
The property is hosted by a company. You can't talk to anyone in the evenings or on the weekend, unless it is an emergency.
Overall, a great location, comfortably accommodates 6 - 7 adults, can add a couple more kids if you don't mind a tighter fit. Really a good price for a large group.

This Condo is located close to the beach! It’s located on a court which I loved because it wasn’t a busy street. This condo has a lot of space, it’s two stories, 6 beds!, and a lot of natural light. Everything is pretty much walking distance…the beach is not even 2min away(on the same street), Hoagies is about 4min away, and cool cat(our favorite spot) is 8min away which felt closer than that.. we didn’t have to drive anywhere because everything is close by!

Location is Great! Condo was beautiful, it just had some Major Flaws😮 The smell when you walk in and throughout the house was awful. Smelled like a dog or Cat had peed kinda Everywhere. Found someone’s dirty shorts and 1 sock under bed😮 Couldn’t use the barbecue because of all of the mold n racks. Clean it up and make it smell better.

When it showed a deck and bbq area I figured there was a spot outside to sit and watch the views enjoy the ocean breeze that is not the case. The out doors areas are blocked in with two story side walls all the way around you. The upper deck you can see houses and the sky the bottom deck to bbq walls. The beds are very odd even one in the dining room. The master bath is great. The beds need an update the kitchen plates need an update. I also called management the night we arrive couldn’t get the fireplace to work no instructions the main tv no cable. The internet had changed. I called and stayed the weekend no one ever called me back.

The property was exactly was promised. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cooking tools. The BBQ was great to use. The decor needs to be refreshed/updated, but overall very comfortable living quarters. We had a really nice time in Pismo.

House was clean and comfortable, had a very relaxing and welcoming feel. Walk took maybe 2 minutes to get to the beach, and aprox 5 minutes to get to the shopping centers and restaurants. Since the house was so close to the beach we were worried about parking since we took 2 trucks, but we had a space in the parking garage, and an extra space on the side which was great! Kids had a great time, we will definitely rent again!

My family is quite familiar with Pismo Beach. We visit at least once a year. This property is within walking distance of any place you would want to go to in well as less than a block from the beach. It's a very comfortable unit and well-maintained. We never miss eating at Fish & Chips or stopping in at Harry's! Hoagies is also a great place to eat.

Nice clean facilities. Plenty of linens. Lots of room. Needs new refrigerator it is to old, broken inside door and made lot of noise 24 hours around. People that slept downstairs and in the loft heard it all night. The heater was broken and the remote controls needed batteries and the DVD didn't work. They did send someone over to fix the heater.

This is a very clean, two-story unit with about 1400 sqft. Overall there are two queen beds and two trunk beds (becoming 4 single beds when pulled out), all are reasonably comfortable. Tasty deco throughout this unit. Upstairs chamber is amazing. It is less than one minute walk to the beach, designated parking space (2) downstairs.

This rental was perfect! This was my first time renting a condo and I had a great experience overall. The décor and furniture gave a real cozy at home, welcomed feeling. It is 1/2 block from the beach, and about 2 blocks into downtown Pismo walking distance. There was plenty of public parking for guests and the amenities worked great.

We needed a place quickly to attend a funeral and wanted to keep the family together. It was perfect for us. Enough room to keep the 7 of us from being on top of each other. The grandkids loved being so close to the beach, our kids liked being so close to town and we liked being so close to my wife's family. We would stay at this condo again. Loved it.

Spent the Thanksgiving week with my family at this great condo. The location was perfect. The condo has plenty of spac for my entire family. We had a wonderful stay. The only negatives were there were ants all over the place (it rained so understand that ants were coming inside) the pillows need to be replaced, and there were almost no serving/mixing bowls in the kitchen. Really hard to prepare meals for seven people. These were all issues that could be fixed very easily

We stayed at 160 with another family of four. The location was perfect, just a minute walk to the beach/boardwalk. The condo layout is nice; the top floor has the king bedroom and loft trundle, the bottom floor has the queen bedroom and trundle in the living room. Everything is there for you in the kitchen, just bring food and good friends! Would recommend to anyone and hope to be back in Pismo to stay again!

Again had a great time at this condo. Overall, everything was fine. Did have an issue with the Bar-B-Que. It really is unusable and needs to be replaced. It has at least an inch of grease and food particles caked on the burners. We tried to use it, but the whole thing caught on fire.
