This brand new Modern Mediterranean designed building that was just recently completed in 2018, so you can be one of the first to enjoy it's amenities and immaculate high-end finishes. Features Wood Flooring, White Granite Countertops, High-end Fixtures, Stainless Steel Appliances, Complimentary Wifi internet access, DirecTV, and best of all a Fully Furnished Rooftop Deck with Panoramic Views of the Ocean, Downtown Pismo, and Mountains. The 450 square foot Private Rooftop Deck features a Patio Heater, Stainless Steel Grill, 4 Seating Fire Table conversation set and a 6 seating Fire Table Dinning set so you can all enjoy the stunning views this condo has to offer. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked with all the basics, but also has: A Blender, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Stainless cookware, Stainless Flatware, and Wine Glasses. Living room features a spacious open concept design with Sleeper Sofa, Loveseat, a Fireplace, Ceiling Fan and 65" 4K Television with Premium DirecTV Service. You can walk outside the living room to your Juliette Balcony and enjoy the Ocean breeze. Huge Dinning Table Seats 8, and the Kitchen Bar seats 2 more. Master Suite is furnished with only the highest quality furniture and decorations, featuring a high quality Queen Bed with Novaform Mattress, Ceiling Fan and a 55" 4K Television with DirecTV. It is connected to the luxurious master bathroom which features a Custom tiled shower, dual sinks and White Granite counter tops. The Second Bedroom allows you to have some of the best views of the Ocean, and downtown and also is furnished with a Queen Bed with Novaform Mattress, 40" SmartTV w/ DirecTV Service, Dresser, and a large closet. Third Bedroom also has an ocean view, queen bed with Novaform Mattress. Large closet space and under bed storage as well. At ground Level, there is a well lit 2 car garage for secure parking of vehicles. 326 Stimson - Unit 3 living space is not wheelchair accessible and may also be difficult to access for the elderly or very small children. However, we manage all of the units in the complex, so please contact us regarding special accommodations and larger groups. For guests with infants, baby gates, a Pack-n-Play and a Booster Seat are available.

Condo is centrally located in downtown Pismo and walking distance to the pier, beach, restaurants and shops.
The home was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We cooked most meals in and the kitchen was very well stocked. We loved the roof set up. We had views of the whales who were feeding in the Bay. It had fire pits for the seating areas which were perfect for the chilly evenings.
We had a slight hiccup with the cable channel access and Gene was so responsive in getting it resolved.
Would definitely book again. Thank you for your hospitality.

This place was great! Great location. We really enjoyed the roof top deck! Coffee and the ocean in the morning was perfect! Super easy to get in and out with digital locks. Overall wonderful experience.

This condo is in an ideal location. Right in the heart of everything so we were able to walk everywhere. The condo was clean and stocked with anything we needed. Lots of stairs, so i feel like I got my workout in each day. No complaints. It was the perfect home for my family of 6!

I find this place nice and clean. Inviting. Comfortable. Just no complaints at all. Love the two car garage and secure entry for us. Well located for easy access to beach and downtown. Especially loved the rooftop living area, view from there, and the gas fireplaces. Sooooooooo nice.

We have stayed many times in Pismo over the years and this was on of the best properties we have stayed at.
Everything was very clean and new. The kitchen worked very well for our family to cook dinner. The roof deck is awesome and we enjoyed it everyday. The garages fit two Tahoes easily and we left them parked most of the time as everything is in easy walking distance. Gene is easy to communicate with. The WIFI works well.
I highly recommend this property.

This property was perfect for our family of 5. First, it was as so clean! The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Very relaxing living room, and great family space on rooftop. Prompt replies to questions. Perfectly clean condo with a beautiful rooftop view of the beach, patio heaters, comfy beds and nice kitchen. Seven sisters had a great time making memories ... daily walks to the pier, best ever cinnamon rolls, great places to eat, enjoyed a night at Great American Melodrama and beautiful sunsets from the rooftop.
Loved the open floorplan, fireplace and garage parking. We may have to make this an annual go-to. Thanks for everything.

Wonderful time. Lots of stairs. Acoustics are very loud. Outside noise not noticeable. Plenty of kitchen accessories. Cups a little small for coffee. But mostly loved it. Gene was Wonderful.

Perfect Pismo Property
We reserved this property a year in advance for our daughter’s Cal Poly graduation. Wish I’d found it sooner but will be back again.
Ideal neighborhood and easy walk to coffee, ice cream, beach, pier and restaurants. Well appointed interior and super comfortable furniture. Ideal spaces for indoor and outdoor eating. The rooftop is fantastic with many amenities. Kitchen could be better stocked but we made due.
Gene was fantastic and excellent at communicating and responding.

We've stayed at a similar property (one a few doors down, a few years ago pre-covid) and this unit was just as a great and possibly better! The other unit had a hot tub on the roof, whereas this one did not, but this one felt more spacious and newly updated/premium.
The entire house is very clean and modern! Fixtures are premium and not your typical rental house with cheaply done things. The bed, linen and comforters were clean and not heavily-used looking. There was plenty of towels, toilet paper and paper towels which was appreciated!
The major thing I love about this owner/host is both units had a baby pack-and-play, along with extra pillows, blankets and sheets. We didn't have a baby but we used the padding for our child to sleep on the ground. Also the kitchen is pretty well stocked.
The location of this unit is so ideal, it's just a few blocks away from the Pismo pier and most importantly - Splash Cafe! YUMM! However, the view from both sides of the windows are facing motels which isn't ideal, but you can overlook that when you're enjoying your time indoors with good company!
I only contacted the host before booking to ask some questions, and he was super prompt and extremely helpful/friendly. Everything was easy with booking, checking in and checking out (both contact-less.
Minor warning is that this is a 4-story townhouse/condo if you include the ground floor as 1-floor, so be warned of stairs if you can't handle stairs. However, it wasn't a problem for us my entire family with grandparents staying here.
I would definitely stay here again! We had a great time bonding with family during our post-covid-lockdown for the holidays!

The pictures of this rental on VRBO are great but they do not even come close to the reality of how great this rental really is. It is new. It is modern. The location is incredible, near to both the beach, the fun downtown area and the best restaurants are all in walking distance. I want to go back when the weather is warmer!

This property was everything we could of asked for and so much more. It was spotless, had everything we needed and was in the perfect area to walk to restaurants, beach etc. The rooftop was such a plus. We definitely will be coming back here. Gene was great and answered emails very quickly.
