This Downtown Pismo Beach vacation rental is a spacious 2000+ sq. ft townhome. Beach, Pier Plaza and local attractions just two blocks away at the end of the street. Living room is furnished with a fireplace, Smart TV for streaming, Wi-Fi. Kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. Dining area seats eight along with a breakfast bar with three bar stools. Sleeps 8 people on a king, queen, and 2 twins in the 3 bedrooms, as well as a queen sofa-sleeper (linens and pillows provided) in living room. Ocean views from multiple decks, Gas BBQ, and outdoor dining perfect for entertaining family and friends. Washer and dryer. One assigned carport and one assigned garage for a total of 2 parking spaces. This Property Does Not Have Air Conditioning Dogs allowed with prior approval, and additional fee(s) will apply once approved.

We have utilized Coastal for about 20 years, or so. The unit was in need of some attention. It could have been cleaner as the floors are always sandy. It seems poorly stocked for family vacation needs too. It was better stocked a few years ago, with pots, pans, serving items, etc. A few things needed to be repaired!

We had a great visit and stayed long enough to get to know Cherie, Ken and Jose. Every call was received and responded to quickly. The washing machine was on the blink for a bit, the repair guy came out quickly, and took care of business. The parking is always a challenge, but the team was quick to address any issues that arose with neighbors. Highly recommend Coastal Vacation Rentals and the properties they manage.

In a time where every property highlights their sanitization practices I was very disappointed to find that the master bedroom comforter and bed spread had not been laundered prior to our arrival. While the bed was neatly made the bedding smelled of vomit. Yes, somebody had thrown up in the bed at some time before and the same bedding was put back on the bed. The entire room was filled with the odor.
The management company took care of the problem when notified the following day but, the experience obviously caused me to question everything about the place.

After years of staying with Coastal Vacation Rentals I was a little disappointed that there was no basic supplies like Kleenex, cooking oil, no salt and pepper, etc. There has always been basic supplies so we were not prepared.

The units was spacious, clean and centrally located. On the things that mattered most to us this is a 5 star place. But for the high nightly rate, the details were missing. For example: Fireplace didn't work. Many of the light bulbs were burnt out including all of them on the balcony. BBQ had to be cleaned before burners would light. One chair on the balcony was completely ripped out and should be thrown in the garbage. A chair in the living room had the leather worn off in places (looked like it belonged in someone's basement).

Nice condo with great ocean views and close to Pismo pier.The only negative I have about the place are the TVs. We couldn't even enjoy the NHL or NBA playoff games. Old TVs, small screens and the cable connection was horrible.I don't understand how for the price they charge to stay per weekend they can't buy a basic flatscreen TV from Costco.

This condo has a great location. The beach and pier are a 5 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby too. It’s spacious and was our family of 5 + dog was very comfortable. It’s full of natural light and clean and neat. The property management company was very responsive. Some beds had missing pillowcases and there were no coffee filters in the kitchen but they sent someone over immediately to rectify the issues. We really enjoyed our stay. Yes I think a couple of upgrades would make this an amazing property. 1. It’s noisy at night if you leave the widows open but stuffy if you close them. Tower fans would do wonders. 2. The kitchen was a bit bare. So if you’re planning to do a lot of cooking, this property is not for you. 3. Most rental properties these days have at least foil, plastic wrap and ziplock bags in the kitchen. These are small conveniences that make a difference.

This was are first time staying in pismo. We were there to celebrate our daughter's 30th birthday. By renting Unit B & C we were able to have everyone stay at one place. The location perfect. The condo clean and large. Had a wonderful time. We will recommend these condos to all family and friends. We rented this unit for one week for our family reunion along with 36l Hinds A, and B. It was perfect for our family, for the adults and the children. We liked the location--near the beach andclose to Pismo's restaurants and shops. The reservation staff were great and quickly responded to any needs we had. I personally would have preferred the tile floor to be a bit cleaner; they were as if mopping had been skipped; otherwise the place was very clean & neat.
