Nestled in Grover Beach, this attractive house for $425 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Cozy newly renovated home is awaiting for your next retreat vacation! Just few minutes walk to Pismo beach, 2 miles from downtown Pismo, 5 minutes walk to main street with restaurants, coffee shop, etc. Home sleeps 8 comfortably with the softest sheets to ensure a restful sleep for our guests. A fully stocked kitchen including air fryer, instant pot, gas BBQ grill are available to cook a healthy meal for your family during your stay. We provide 55’’-65’’ TVs with cable TVs, Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus included in every room and a large playroom with Pool table, Foosball, Arcade Games, poker table to entertain your group. Outdoor gas grill BBQ and gas fire pit table are also available. Outdoor gears such as beach wagon, beach chairs, toys, boogie boards and 2 bikes are available for your beach adventure during your stay. STR# 0122.

Wish we could take this place and move it into a different location. The neighborhood felt very unsafe and is in an affordable living area. It is walking distance to the beach which is around a 15 minute walk however the walk to the beach is not pleasant. Busy streets and industrial buildings and RV’s. For the price we paid we should have stayed in Avila beach.

Overall really nice. Maybe a 3-4 minute drive to the beach which was very convenient. Game room was great to hang out in. Only issues were that 2 of the 3 pool cues were in pretty bad shape. Also the listing said there were bikes in the shed. There was only one bike and it had a flat tire. Not a big deal to us but if you were looking forward to riding bikes to the beach it would be a little disappointing. Other than that it was a nice clean place to spend the weekend.

My family had an amazing time! Will definitely be coming back. We loved the game room especially after long days out at the beach. John and Kimmy were great hosts and responded to my messages almost immediately every time I sent one with a question.

We stayed at this home for a 3- day weekend to visit family living in the area and enjoy the beach.
If I could give this place and the property manager a 0 rating, I would!
Property photos are misleading, place is tiny for 8 people, feels more like a townhome and not a stand alone home. After our check-out, property manager charged my account an additional $500 before replying to my email contesting the charges. Charges for a tiny tear on the pool table that was already pre-existing, a old chair upholstery that had come apart on the corner, they claimed that we scratched their vinyl floor, the game room was not insulated and was freezing at night, the patio was tiny and no privacy because you are surrounded by other “nosy” neighbors. They also limited the number of people/family that came to visit by monitoring the Ring camera at all times. I have stayed at many homes through VRBO and have never had any issues with being nickle and diming their vacationers. We are appalled by this property management company and how business was handled. This is how they obviously make their extra money, beware!

Met some fam at the half way(ish) point of CA, was a perfect house for hanging, cooking, relaxing and spending some quality downtime.
Walk to the beach is pretty close and easy to access.

Family Trip
This place is exactly what we hoped it would be. Our family of different generations got together for a few days and this place marked all of the boxes for us. The house was very clean and exceeded our expectations for desired space, comfort and location. The beds were super comfy; there were plenty of linens for a large group and although we did leave a couple of times, you do not have to as the game room and stereo system was all that was needed for family entertainment. As a bonus, the hosts were terrific to work with. I had a couple of questions and they responded quickly. If the need arises in the future, I will definitely stay here again.

Nice property near Grover Beach
Overall, a nice house close to beach, a few restaurants, grocery & convenience stores.
Game room is a bonus.
Not a fan of the Keurig coffee maker; would have preferred a regular coffe pot maker.
No AC, so chose the room with a ceiling fan. (The others have a standing fan which were just okay, not great). TV in each bedroom is a plus.
One big turnoff for me is if you have the bedroom facing the street, know that there are bright lights across the street that stay on all night, so bring an eye mask!

Great location for the activities our family had planned. Game room is awesome! TVs and access to streaming services in every room. Noises from the game room didn't carry upstairs to the bedrooms. All bedrooms are upstairs. One full bath upstairs and the second full bath downstairs. Coffee shop within walking distance. Overall, a nice place to stay.
