This vacation rental in Downtown Pismo Beach is a spacious 2000 SF get away dream. Pismo Pier Plaza and boardwalk with shops and restaurants is right at the end of the street are only two blocks away! This luxury town home sleeps eight people on a king, queen, and 2 twins in the 3 bedrooms, and a queen sofa-sleeper (linens and pillows provided) in living room. Fireplace, Smart TV for streaming and Wi-Fi in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, Keurig and breakfast bar with 3 stools. Ocean views from multiple decks with a Gas BBQ and outdoor dining area perfect for entertaining family and friends. Dining area that seats 8 people. Washer and dryer. One assigned carport and one assigned garage for a total of 2 parking spaces. This Property Does Not Have Air Conditioning Dogs allowed with prior approval, and additional fee(s) will apply once approved.

This location is great for the proximity to the beach and shopping however, when we first arrived there were a few code violations with regards to the smoke detectors missing in the main living area along with in the master bedroom, one of the outlet covers was broken potentially exposing wires to curious kids. I have reported it to the property management so hopefully that is remedied for future stays! But overall it was great! If you need measuring utensils I would plan on packing those. There is only a one cup measuring cup! We would stay here again!

Great location. Love upstairs view from balcony. Had trouble with microwave, tv and fireplace. Paid the extra for pets, so worth it. Loved having our furry friend with us! Great space for 3 generations of family to gather. Must ascend two flights of stairs to enter unit. Good exercise for the grandparents with not having an elevator.

The location of this townhouse near downtown Pismo was excellent, but the street was a main street to get to the freeway unfortunately. There were so many motorcycles which traveled the road late at night. It would have been quieter if we didn't have to keep the windows open, but it was warm during our stay. It was beautifully furnished though I had wished that the kitchen had a salad bowl and a larger baking dish (9 x 13). We loved the table and chairs outside on the upper deck. The shower in the master bathroom backed up immediately on our first night and didn't drain even overnight. Luckily the facility had 2 other showers. A plumber came to fix it the next day and it worked fine afterwards. All in all we enjoyed our stay (even though we didn't sleep well with the noise at night) and it did rain 2 of the nights which created a warm, humid atmosphere. Fans would have helped. The definite plus side was that it was walking distance to most of the places we ventured...beach, pier, restaurants.

Upon checking in I was handed 3 keys and told "you get 3 keys". As we had basically 6 adults, that was okay - not ideal but okay. It turns out, only 2 keys fit the two entry doors. One key apparently was for a terrace door on the second level in a bedroom. Why, I'll never know and why we weren't told this, I'll never know. So, only 2 keys. Very difficult when everyone goes different ways. The dishwasher didn't work, the digital panel on stove didn't work and it seemed to cook at only one temperature - HOT (never knew if stove was on or what temp or cycle), gas fireplace didn't work properly and it was the only means of heat, no cork screw in a well-stocked kitchen, some pans and baking sheets needed a good scrubbing before using, a couple of burned out light bulbs. All in all, nothing huge, but for what we paid, not at all acceptable. BUT A GREAT LOCATION.

Great property, close to beach and relatively roomy.However it was dirty (outside deck full of old bird ****) and floor made out feet black. Internet wa awfu, which they fixed the day before we left. If not for the maintenance issues, it was great.

We are back in the Hinds condos because the owner of the one we prefer has decided not to rent out anymore. It was perfect, but we understand. The first thing we noticed in “B” was the fact that the floor most likely had not been mopped. It was pretty gritty with sand, and our toddler’s feet were really black within seconds! I grew up by the beach and know it is not a condition that is unavoidable, it is from cleaning too quickly, and not mopping. The cooking utensils leave a bit to be desired as well. Our previous condo was better stocked with items to accommodate 9 people. Some upgrades should be made for the price! Views have been cut short by the new hotels at the boardwalk, but overall things were great as always.

It has been 25 plus years since my family has gotten all together in one location. 361 Hinds Avenue provided us the opportunity to give my dad his birthday wish. It was the perfect location with great views. We would definitely recommend and would rent this unit out again.

My husband wanted to get away for his birthday, so we decided on Pismo Beach after visiting SLO a couple of months back. We did. It prearrange this trip. It was spare of the moment. We arrived in Pismo 10 mins before the office closed on a Thursday. The guy that took care of us (sorry don't remember his name) was nice, took his time, and did not rush to get out of there. The house we stayed in was awesome, clean, windows all around with great views, and the interior was great as well. Planning on renting again here in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Place is very clean and centrally located in Pismo. Close to all restaurants, beach, wine tasting. Kitchen is a bit light, bring your own condiments and any plastic wraps/zip lock bags for left overs when you cook. Bathrooms are equipped with small bars of soap and liquid hand soap. Plenty of towels in bathrooms and kitchen. No beach towels, makes sure to bring your own.There was parking for two cars, one in a garage and one in a carport, otherwise street parking which is tight. Unloading the car requires one flight of stairs to the first floor. Three bedrooms are upstairs, two with balcony views of downtown Pismo and the beach. The master bedroom is plenty big with a large bathroom and walk in closet. (Great space for a family bringing a baby). Second bedroom upstairs is a smaller room, still room for a crib or air mattress on the floor. Third room has three twin beds, one is a trundle. When all three beds are used, there is very little floor space in the room. Dining and living room is plenty comfortable. Couch pulls out into a full size bed. A surprise full third bathroom is downstairs so anyone sleeping downstairs has their own bathroom. We had a great time!

We had such an amazing time in Pismo, this place was the perfect rental for our group of nine.Great location, walk to beach, coffee and restaurants. Had pleanty of space for all of us to hang out and be together. Has a BBQ on one deck and a great dining table on the top deck with amazing views. Would highly recommend this place and would definitly stay here again. My only recommendation would to have a set of spices to use to cook with.

We rented this unit for one week along with 36l A and C for our family reunion. The three units exceeded our expectations. They were clean and well-maintained and perfect for the adults and children. It was easy to walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The reservation staff were very efficient and quickly responded to any needs we had. We would definitely recommend this unit and the other two to our friends. When We return to Pismo, we would like to be able to rent them again.

We rented this townhouse for an extended time, upon arrival the floors were dirty and the master bedroom smelled of vomit. We were inconvenienced by having to have the carpets cleaned during our stay, something that should have been taken care of before our arrival. We were given 5 keys and only 1 opened the door, I tried to get this fixed with the office, and they assured me they were taking care of it. In the end we were able to get a second key but that was all. Overall they have a lot of rentals to choose from but my family will not be a returning guest.
