Good for One Night Only

It was a large room with kitchenette. Toiletries, good bathroom.

It reminded me of a cold hospital room. Elevator stopped working. Cold and kind of dingy. Too expensive for the quality.

Our second time staying here, we will definitely come back for future visits.

Fast and friendly service. Checked in late and we were in our room in under 10 minutes. Nice hot shower, cold AC and comfortable beds. Proximity to multiple beaches.

only good thing about my stay was the front lady welcome

Not good at all, it looks nice from the outside but the moment you walked in nasty

Bad smell, poor maintenance and cleaning. Hallways, elevators and rooms very smelly and dirty

Disappointing

The cleaning staff was very friendly as well as the front desk clerk...I think his name was David. There was also another employee at the front that was always very friendly but I don't remember her name. I think she was Hispanic. They both had great suggestions on activities and places to visit in the area and were always smiling.

It smelled like Marijuana pretty badly. Once you passed the main lobby area and entered the elevator and the hallways there was a pretty strong smell. The first room I was put in was warm and did not have a working a/c unit. They immediately changed us to another room. Again...the smell was pretty bad. I also found a live roach on the desk area in the room. I would've left but we had already prepaid thru a 3rd party.

Overall enjoyed my stay and would stay again. Kitchenette with no dishes was very disappointing.

Convenient location. Staff friendly. Clean room. Kitchenette was nice. Full size fridge was a bonus! Quiet and peaceful.

No basic cooking utensils. No dishes. Only 2 towels for a 5 night stay. No room service for the entire week.

Appliances modern. Staff helpful and friendly. Relatively close to downtown Naples.

No charm and very little outdoor space to relax.

Disappointing

double beds available

the only thing provided was hand soap. no shampoo, lotion etc. room did not have a lamp. only thing in room was telephone. when ask for bedside lamp… he said he was new employee and none was available. for 359.00 per night it was a huge ripoff. at front entrance.. small groups of people were coming into building to use the bathroom and leaving. they were not staying at hotel. did not feel very safe.

Requested an early check in online when we arrived at the hotel and went to check in the girl at the front desk would not let us check in and was every rude about it and told us 3 time check in is at 3pm she was so rude we never went back and went to a different hotel

Just ok

Convenient

No blackout curtains. Just cheap shutters. Loud AC. Little bitty shower head to save water. Many folks seem to be living here. Neighbor was very loud. Bedside lamp didn't work.

I can not recommend it!

It might be nice for extended stay but for visitors or for vacation I can not recommend the Woodspring Suites. The room size is ok and you have everything you need e.g. microwave and fridge. But there aren't any cutlery, plates, pans or pots. So I couldn't cook or heat up anything. Not even paper towels, dish towels or detergent. The wardrobe was ok. There is enough space but it wasn't clean at all. So I had to clean up the dust and dirt before I could use it. The bed used to be very shaky and the bedspreads had several stains. When I came into the room, there was a bad smell. Even that I bought a room scent didn't make it better. For the 14 days I stayed, I had 2 small and 2 large towels. I had to wash them by myself and of course I had to pay for the washing machine and dryer. I needed several quaters to get washing powder and dryer sheets. And the vending machine didn't work. So I had to see the front desk, to get the washing powder. The room wasn't cleaned up during my stay. I had no broom or cleaning stuff during my vacation and couldn't do it by myself. It was dirty after a few days and I didn't feel comfortable anymore. I had to empty the garbage can by myself and take the garbage outside. During my stay there were several nights I woke up because people next to my room were loud. The doors are very loud when you shut them. But also people on the next floor above my room started to walk and moving furnitures that made me wake up. Also the air condition was so loud when it went off during the night, that I woke up several times. All in all I think it was way too expensive for the less service you get. I expected that the rooms get cleaned up every day, that the towels get changed daily and that the room is cleaned up once a day.

no much to say. I would say very expensive to what is offered

safety. we were stopped by law enforcement advising us we shouldn’t stay in this hotel for not being a safe option for families. they told us literally to stay locked in our rooms since they are constantly called to attend and solve problems in this hotel. not recommended at all by law enforcement to stay there since it’s a very problematic place

There was a hole on the bathroom door, the floors were dirty, when we arrived to the hotel after dinner we got called over by a police officer who said " I saw you come into the hotel with kids, so I thought you should know. This is not a good hotel we are here all the time, do not let your kids out if the rooms alone". So that's the last time I saty there. I barely slept that night.

Adequate, but nothing special

What breakfast ??

Any Breakfast Insulation in walls. Was constantly wakened by noisy tenants on same floor and above. Can hear chairs being moved and beds moving. Shortened stay due to closing on new property. Still haven't rec'd refund on unused booking (6 days)

Terrible customer service

Informed them that I would be a late arrival, was told no problem. When I arrived the desk was closed and the door locked to enter lobby. Had to call and was told it would be 15-20 minutes for someone to let me in. When I stated that was unacceptable he threatened to cancel my reservation. When he showed up, all he said was "sign this", threw my key cards down and walked away. The elevator was broken, which he neglected to point out and I had to wander around to find the stairs.
