I liked that the Guesthouse had clear instructions provided for entering their property through email and also posted on their entry door posted.
Rooftop should have later hours. Understanding they don’t want people to party at night but should be able to access until 10pm, not 8pm.

The price was not bad for Seoul, I guess.
For us, the location was pretty good. The next station was only around 10min walking, what we didn't mind at all.
They had free instant coffee, awesome!!!
Even tho, it was not perfect, I would probably stay again.
The room had tv.
It didn't seem too clean, there was a strong smell from our bathroom and mold in some corners.
The room had only one window directly to the byway (eye level), so it was not that practical to open.

Leave luggage in lobby before/after checkin. Washing machine
My AC unit went out my last day and nobody came to try to fix it until 25 minutes before I had to check out. I was told to get fan from lobby. That did no help. One of the lights in my room was flickering throughout my whole say so it interrupted my sleep throughout the night.
