Obderdeck Apartments is a modern and well located stay. My room was very spacious and the large windows kept the room cool. The room was well equipped with water, kitchen accessories including coffee, and just well put together. It was rainy so we couldn’t enjoy it but the rooftop terrace is amazing.

The room exceeded my expectations by far; it was very spacious, had a fully equipped kitchen with amenities and appliances, and had lots of storage space. The location is only a five-minute walk (or even less) from the train station, a half-hour walk to the Pier and beach, and is located in a quiet area. It was fairly easy to get to the city center, too.
The only thing was that the air did not seem to work. Also, the stairs for the loft are fairly steep, which was not a problem for me, but it may be a factor for some to keep in mind.

Great location! The rooms are well appointed and clean! This was my second stay at Oberdeck and once again it was wonderful.

Our stay was even better than expected. The hotel is located right next to Altona train station, which makes getting around extremely easy with plenty of train and bus connections available. It is also very convenient for airport access, with a direct train connection making the journey very simple. We were able to reach everywhere in the city without any hassle. There are also many supermarkets and shops nearby, which was very convenient.
We stayed in a classic studio apartment and it was very comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully designed and spotless. The high ceilings made the space feel even more spacious and pleasant. Since our room faced the inner courtyard, it was completely quiet, which we absolutely loved.
The property also has a large terrace with a beautiful view. Unfortunately, we didn’t have much time to enjoy it, but it looked like a very nice place to relax.
On our last day, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel so we could explore the city before our flight, which was very helpful. It was a great choice for our Hamburg trip.
We will definitely remember this place as a wonderful experience.
