Everything. Wonderful 3 night stop over. Everything we needed and lovely staff.
Needed a bedside table and power outlet on my side of bed, but did see a recent plaster repair so was being fixed.

We really liked the shuttle pickup at the airport as we got in late. This was a good moderate hotel for one night before being picked up by a limo van for the drive to Sapa. Breakfast had enough good choices, the bed was comfortable, the AC was strong, it was very clean.

We had a 16 hour layover between flights and it was very convenient to have a hotel to use to have a sleep, charge devices, shower and get food. Luckily I take my own tea bags as the hotel only offered herbal teas in the room but the staff were happy to provide milk and sugar to the room. Excellent air conditioning and a fan provided.

Near airport with free shuttle (car) to the airport
We travelled in group with 5 kids. During checkin processed, the kids are playing the foosball that are available in the hall. Kids are being kids (loud & excited). The receptionist gave us all side eyes and keeps on closing their ears as if the kids are super loud (and talking in Vietnamese, we dont understand). We dont feel welcome at all. I try to pay in USD, but when I take out my money, she pointed out the year have to be 2017 onwards. They should have mentioned that in the rules/policies.
