Located in Sarasota, this charming house for $795 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Come and enjoy our large Beautifully furnished 3 story home, with 4 master bedrooms, with adjoining full bathrooms, all furnished with king beds and large flat screen TVs. Our 5th bedroom is a queen sized sofa bed. Our home provides plenty of open area to enjoy a perfect fun filled vacation with family and friends. We are located on the north end of the island, and are tucked deep in lush and ever-growing tropical palms, bird of paradise, and blooming vines providing complete privacy. Enjoy cooking in our full gourmet chefs kitchen which opens onto our very private, lined with tropical palms, screened lanai with pool, spa, grill with kitchenette, and area to play ping pong, adjoining the indoor living area to the outdoor area. Also connecting to our kitchen is an expansive living room, 2 full dining areas, along with 4 bar stools to enjoy your favorite meals. After a " tough day of vacationing", enjoy a relaxing massage in our massage chair. If you're not quite ready to settle down for the evening, enjoy a stroll around the island visiting the village coffee shops, boutiques, and restaurants on the bicycles provided, or take a short walk to Shell Beach which is only a few blocks away for a refreshing swim. No need to look any further, this piece of paradise has everything you can imagine under the Florida sun!

Wonderful overall experience: my grandkids swam in the pool every day and we took a short walk to enjoy the beach.
Plenty of beach toys to build sandcastles and commute small children to the beach. Pool toys aplenty, house is a good size and located in a quiet neighborhood.

The house is great for larger groups; spacious and very well appointed (especially the kitchen - it has everything that you can think of!) It is within walking distance of Siesta Key Village, in a lovely quiet area. Highly recommend.

The 13 in our family from 3 states got together for a fun week at Christmas. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The house is located close to many activities. Several enjoyed the three block walk to the beach and the bicycles. The heated pool was a big hit.

Celebrated Thanksgiving with our family in the well kept and very clean rental! The kids had a great time in the pool and hot tub! The kitchen was awesome and well stocked. I have never rented a property that offered so much( staples, seasonings, etc.) Beach items were in good shape and there was so much stuff to use which is great especially when you fly! All and all a great rental and a great time! Would highly recommend!!

House is immaculately clean and beautiful. Upon entering the home, you feel at home! They make their home feel inviting and comfortable. It is well stocked and has a variety of spices and baking ingredients. The pool was a huge hit for the entire family! Location is great, close to many stores.

Amazing house for 4 families. Chet encouraged husband & I to have the master but it was perfect & very spacious for my daughter & her husband, 4yr old and 18 month old. House has 4 bedrooms with their own baths, plus another bedroom. Another daughter & her husband took the bedroom without the bath but shared bathroom with their 2 kids across the hall. Everyone loved the private pool, the gourmet kitchen was amazing with 3 sinks to prepare food. Beds were very comfortable. Owners supplied extras: shampoo/conditioner, body wash, paper supplies, numerous condiments. Regarding location: It isn't beachside but very close to other beaches. We enjoyed Siesta Keys beach, Lido beach, Venice beach, Turtle beach and Shell beach. I think if we would've had a home on the beach, we wouldn't have ventured to the other beaches. Shell beach is just 3 blocks from the house, very tiny! But in the am, very peaceful. SIL visited it 3 times, once had a manatee swim near him. This home is beautiful, very close to areas of interest. My entire family had nothing but great comments about this home. With 12 of us, no one ever felt cramped. We had an amazing vacation and staying here certainly added to it! Definitely no regrets staying here! Thank you to Chet for his lovely home!

We stayed with our 4 daughters andntheir families to celebrate our anniversary. The beautiful house with a pool was big enough for all of us, near the beaches and great restaurants. There were lots of activities tonchoose from; deep sea fishing, dinner/drink cruises, parasailding, etc. We had a wonderful stay!

There can't be a better VRBO rental in Siesta Key than this one. As many reviewers have already stated, this property is one of the better-stocked rentals in all of VRBO. Every aspect of the rental process was covered by Chet prior to our arrival, and he was easy to reach via several methods if we would have needed him during our stay. The house was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and up-to-date. Quite honestly, after returning home I have decided that our home needs some updates! LOL! Would 100% recommend and would certainly have no reservations about renting this beauty again! Thanks Chet!

The house is beautiful. Kitchen was built for a gourmet cook! The gas on the 6 burners was temperamental at times and oven bakes a bit slow (but we’re used to an electric oven/gas stove. Unlike most beach houses we rented, you don’t need to bring toilet paper, paper towels & tissues. Loved the huge refrigerator & freezer, although one side was full on the door with leftover condiments; we’re used to having to completely empty the refrigerator/freezer on check-out. The in-cabinet ice maker was great. We all enjoyed the pool. It was great having shell beach so close by. The master suite is phenomenal.

Bay Isle is a beautiful home. We stayed with 8 adults and 4 children and it worked great. The kitchen and family room were large enough for us all to spend time. The pool area is right off the kitchen and worked great for the kids. All in all, the house was a perfect setting for our family vacation.

We spent a month at this beautiful property, and did NOT want to leave. Most importantly everything is CLEAN. Additionally, this home is the best stocked rental we've ever stayed in with everything a visiting family may need from a plethora of spices, pantry items, Solo cups, utility staples like tape or Sharpies - even laundry detergent and toothpicks. We were also pleased to find box fans in most bedrooms/closets (something we use for background noise when we travel, but had to leave at home due to cargo capacity).
The location is an easy 2 block walk from a small beach where nightly sunset NEVER disappoints, and the village/larger beach is a short drive (or bike ride) away. The main roads are busy most of the day. However, the home is located in a quiet enclave with lots of friendly neighbors.
As other guests have noted, the pool area was fairly shady. This is wonderful for privacy and I imagine shade in the very hot weather. We simply moved a few chairs to the front entry vestibule for late afternoon sun. The heated pool and hot tub were also a dream.
Given that we were at the property for so long there was the occasional need to contact the owners. They went above and beyond to accommodate any requests/minor repairs. They also walked a very fine line of being constantly available to assist us whenever needed while providing us with the utmost privacy - very much appreciated!

Absolutely love this home for the space and privacy it offered our family Xmas get together. Especially loved that bedrooms has their own bathrooms along with TV. Great kitcchen with wine frig and large refrigerator We had 10 people from 19 to 85 and did everything from swim to ping pong to hot tub to biking. And a wonderful great room with comfy furniture where we all gathered. Great find and Chet was wonderful and met our every need. Recommend totally!

Our family had a reunion in Florida, and this house was a great home base for us. We appreciated the ample space, location near the beach, and many amenities provided. We found that a few of the amenities needed to be fixed but otherwise were very happy with our stay.

This is the best stocked VRBO we’ve ever stayed in (and it’s probably our 10th rental). Excellent place to stay for a large group. The house has everything! Owner was very helpful with the one question we had during our stay. The only thing that could be better is the location. Neighborhood is nice and quiet but the closest, walkable beach is very small. You need to drive to get to the large beaches which was totally fine, only a few minutes down the road. Definitely recommend.

Our house was exactly what we wanted! We got there the week after hurricane Ian! Although we were told everything was up and running on Friday before we got there on Saturday, we never had internet, WiFi or TV! As some of us needed laptops to do some work, it never happened!

Had an amazing week, celebrating a birthday with a group of friends. The location is conveniently located to Siesta Key Beach and the Village. The pool offers a lot of shade for those who need a break from the Florida sun and the house is stocked with floats, towels, chairs, etc. for use at the pool and/or beach. There are a ton of amenities and the property owner is very responsive if anything isn't working.
