Swimming pool is good as well as other facilities. Food offered was great.
1. I think swimming pool planks at level 3 should be repaired. May pose danger.
2. Entrance at guard house should be more welcoming. Not just using cone to welcome guest.
3. Can add big fan and chairs at drop by area.

I had a lovely stay at the Angsana, the room was beautiful and the location is incredibly peaceful. I’m a solo traveller and there were a lot of families but I don’t mind this and noticed the hotel also has a dedicated children’s pool. The sea water on the beach isn’t the cleanest, but still a lovely view and nice warm water. The staff were friendly and very helpful. My room attendant Masum was very attentive and kind.
I left my ring in the safe and contacted the staff to get it back, who worked really hard to courier it to another part of Malaysia so I could pick it up and collect it. I was reunited with my ring and was very grateful! Many thanks!
