Our welcome, check in, room and staff were excellent. The hotels pools, Adventure Zone and buffet breakfast was amazing. The outer hallways were a little worn down. The hallway on the 4th floor smelled like vomit or rotten milk was spilled on the carpet. The staff worked tirelessly to clean it up but the smell was still there. Towards the end of the trip water was leaking from the ceiling and a bucket was put on the ground in the hallway. It just needs some updating. However our room was fine. Nice cold air conditioning and clean. Wonderful ocean view balcony. Despite the small things I'd definitely stay here again!

The staff is excellent, they are courteous and helpful despite being super busy, and the Adventure Zone is perfect for family with children 10 or below. My daughter loved the handicrafts and the snake show!

Breakfast was very busy, floor Staff a bit chaotic and the place was dirty.
The young staff at Sigi’s were just wonderful, friendly, so pleasant and accomodating but the older staff a bit rude-disappointing to see.
Security on grounds were lovely as were the guys in Lobby.
