Everything is great for the price could not ask for more
Gym didn’t have any air con on which was boiling to work out in, and they have implemented new bands they want you to wear which we didn’t like

A***** accommodation incredibly clean from the room to all external areas of the resort. House keeping changed towels, bedding, cleaned floors, emptied bins every 3 days. Staff were friendly and approachable, would highly recommend for family’s with children and SEN friendly for children with needs
Only downside for me would be the breakfast

The receptionist came out whilst we were deciding what to do, we were either going to find another hotel or drag our luggage around. Eventually, he came out and we were able to drop off our bags into a safe locker space. It was appreciated by us but it was not a very professional or welcoming attitude from a member of the hotel team.
Reception were very hostile, bad mannered towards us as we were quite early. We were adamantly told that we were early and to come back later at a specific time. Not very welcoming hotel. The maisonette was above a restaurant, extremely hot due to both the food establishment and the weather. Lack of sleep whilst at this hotel. Very noisy until closing time with the constant hum of the extractor fans going. The patio doors on the entrance to the maisonette was very noisy and was hard to open, did not feel safe to leave your valuables in the maisonette due to the door.
