Room was clean and good size. Location was good and the staff were really friendly.
Slight issue with the shower not draining quick enough but didn’t affect stag

Very clean, great pool area and general vibe. Staff were super friendly. When the pool bar is open the staff were always walking round asking if you wanted drinks which was great. Pool bar wasn’t open every day though ( not sure why ) but there is another bar by reception to get drinks from.
Would have been nice to have at least tea/coffee making facilities in the room. It really does feel more like an adult only type of accommodation. During our stay, there were no children until our last few days. I don’t think I’d want to stay in school holiday times.

Nice clean and comfortable
It’s advertised on your site that the pool is 24 degrees . It was freezing you could only stay in for a few minutes. The kids were frozen when I complained the reception manager wasn’t interested the same response from Booking.Com .
