Elegant ground level fairway villa overlooking Oyster Bay Golf Links - This condo has been completely renovated in 2023 and features two bedrooms and two full baths with 2 queen beds (master bedroom) & 2 queen beds (2nd bedroom). The common area of the condo has an open floor plan with kitchen/dining and living room areas and access to the patio through sliding doors in the living room. There is a large smart television in the living room area for entertainment value throughout the common areas. The condo has central heat & air and ceiling fans for comfort throughout. The kitchen features new cabinetry, countertops and raised bar for additional seating. It is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, full-size refrigerator and range Both bedrooms have private baths and flat panel smart televisions. This was our second year renting this unit and consider it our new favorite. It’s always clean with comfortable amenities, and is close to golf and restaurants. Will definitely rent again.
