Warm staff, best value cocktails in the whole of China , staff were very very diligent especially Miao. Good coffee. Hyde room. Very comfortable bed. Nice pillows. Great location
Address for Didi drop off and pickup was hard to ascertain, towels? What’s with the towels? Towels a little thin for me.

I got a supposed non smoking room which had a huge stench for being constantly smoked in. I woke up multiple times during night due to stench. One other thing to be cautious, the bathroom does not have doors. Also no thin curtains so neighbors can see in. Pluses: bed is ok but duvet smells of cigarettes. Good design. Kind staff. Lobby area amazing plus you get free try on of traditional medieval Chinese dresses. Also neighbourhood wierd, had some man trying to scare me in middle of street 22h, shops still open.

"Fantastic hotel. The rooms are beautiful, equipped. Location is great, next to a very good food court and not far from the city walls. Staff has been friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend!"
