Good location, comfortable beds and clean beddings. Every day fresh towels and water provided . Free laundry.
There was projection screen but couldn't use it the staff was unable to help as didn't understand English. Also we got a room smells cigarette smoke which was not pleasant.

The location in Xiaozhai was very good. In a local neighborhood, away from most of the very busy tourist locations, but close enough that the metro was only a few minutes walk away. Getting to all the main spots like the Muslim quarter, the pagoda and parks were very convenient. The food options were very good and the local vendors for fresh fruit and vegetables also were very good.
The room was very well kept and clean. The cleaning service came by most days by 4pm to replenish water bottles, change out towels, collect trash and make up the bed. The room controls for window shades and grating were automated and functioned well.
Check in was very easy and the front desk staff very helpful. Washing machines are off the main lobby if needed.
There is a gym on the 2nd floor near some rooms and it is open 24 hours and gets heavy activity. Not the fault of the hotel, but the gym guests can be louder than expected at odd times of day.
