We enjoyed the beach but disappointed in the room.

Convenient to the beach.

Poorly cleaned. Bathroom had poop on the wall. Everything was covered in sand. I know it’s the beach but it was overly bad. Spilt honey or something in the drawers. Screen door was broke. Patio was cluttered with old furniture. No cable tv and a super small hot water tank that lasts long enough for two people to shower.

it’s not as nice as I thought.

location and comfort bed and pillows.

the parking is too tight and narrow, hard to come in and out. the property has no hair dryer. not enough towels and toilet papers.

Very roomy, clean, updated condo! I would stay here again.

The location is excellent. The beach access is across the street. The area is very walkable and bike friendly. Very easy walk to the pier and restaurants.

The microwave and a kitchen chair were broken and were not repaired during my 4 night stay. The patio area could also use a cleaning and some sprucing up.

There was no grill as advertised, minimal toilet paper, broke dining chair..but overall liked the stay..

all in all we had a good time

the maintenance guy was super awesome

no grill, like I was promised. plumbing was backed up, and no air conditioning for a day.

Would 100% recommend

The ocean is acrossed the street! We definitely enjoyed our stay. Felt very homey!

Parking was a little tight. Could use more towels.

We made the best of it.

Convenient location to wal-mart and local eateries, and great location for a walk to the beach.

The unit was at the very top of the stairway, we found out about the steps (3) days prior to traveling. We arrived on Sunday, tried the washer/dryer on Tuesday, the dryer was broke, had to use a public laundromat to wash/dry clothes. To empty the trash you had to traverse (3) flights of stairs.

Superb

Has a glass table with chairs on the deck with a huge umbrella. The apartment was clean and beds slept great. Short walk to beach but not located near the side walk which gives extra privacy.

Unfortunately it had an small electric grill that had not been cleaned in a while that came with charcoal(?). The sofa was dingy and is the only place sit since the chair was filthy, had a small hole in the arm and was wet before we arrived and never dried. Reported to contact which is also the cleaning service, never got a reply. Contacted the management group about the WiFi, since no instructions were available, no help there. Owner was nice enough to reach out with the information. All in all, still a great little place to stay!

House was beautiful, felt like being at home. Quick trip across street to the beach.

Location was great & quick trip across street to the beach. It was great having access to chairs, beach umbrella,etc in the cabinet outside.

The first bedroom my son said mattress very uncomfortable & everytime he rolled over it squeezed & woke him up. Need to have a dish towel along with the dishcloth. Outlet outside didn’t work.

The only downside was that upholstered furniture was not clean
