Tina at the front desk was so kind and accommodating! Aside from excellent treatment, I found the location to be pretty perfect for exploring Prishtina and quality/cleanliness of rooms exceeded my expectations for a last-minute booking at a great price.
I understand that needing to put the room key in to activate the power/lights saves energy, but I wish I was able to charge my devices while I was away from the room

I liked the friendliness of the staff, location and overall the facilities in the hotel. We were upgraded in a bigger room. A good value for money.
Only thing the hairdryer could not work really well and just a few spots on the wall here and there but nothing major or dealbreaker.

The location of this hotel is excellent as it is 1 minute walk to the pedestrian street and right above a good cafe. The overall hotel design is creative and nice and contains maps of each floor painted on the walls of the staircases (cool idea!). The provide free bottled water, tea, and rooms have TVs. My room also had a small balcony. Most of the staff were friendly and spoke at least basic English.
The bed, despite looking nice, was extra firm, so it felt no different than sleeping on the floor. Despite requesting a quiet room, I was given a room overlooking a main street, so it was noisy and bright lights from the hotel's outside sign shined through my windows all night -- the 'blackout curtains' were not adequate in size or thickness to block the light. One staff member manning the desk overnight was very rude, as he prioritized being on his phone over answering my question and when I asked for the WiFi password he just grunted, pointed at a sign on the wall, and continued whatever he was doing on his phone.
